Visited over the holidays during the morning rush, and while there was an issue with my order it was quickly rectified! Staff here is so kind and friendly. Thanks for making our morning great.
This place is always extremely busy. When I visited the shore 2 weeks ago, the wait time (backed up) was 40 minutes even though the app said the order would be complete in 15 minutes. There were a number of people who had to leave so they wouldn’t miss their flight. This morning, the waiting crowd was still sizable but it was no where near what it was 2 weeks ago. I traveled noon on a Tuesday while the airport was less busy, so keep that in mind. There was no line and service was good. My order was correct, food was fresh. No complaints. You can purchase a North Carolina mug here from the ‘Been There’ series if you happen to collect them. This location is in terminal 2 by gate D14 of the Raleigh/Durham airport.
