Girl with orange short hair and a visor was very sweet and the staff today were excellent. 10/10, don't listen to these one stars lmao. Just international Karen's.

I traveled noon on a Tuesday while the airport was less busy, so keep that in mind. There was no line and service was good. My order was correct, food was fresh. No complaints. You can purchase a North Carolina mug here from the ‘Been There’ series if you happen to collect them. This location is in terminal 2 by gate D14 of the Raleigh/Durham airport.

Visited over the holidays during the morning rush, and while there was an issue with my order it was quickly rectified! Staff here is so kind and friendly. Thanks for making our morning great.

No menu, no business.Have you looked at the picture that supposedly represents your menu. Sorry, but I'll walk to the next option.

This place is always extremely busy. When I visited the shore 2 weeks ago, the wait time (backed up) was 40 minutes even though the app said the order would be complete in 15 minutes. There were a number of people who had to leave so they wouldn’t miss their flight. This morning, the waiting crowd was still sizable but it was no where near what it was 2 weeks ago. I believe they need another Starbucks on this concourse or they need to have a third espresso machine and staff the store appropriately.

I need this Starbucks location to do better. The RDU website stated that this location opens at 4:30 am. That was false! We waited for the business to open after seeing that two employees were in the business. Well that didn't happen. We had to ask what time they were opening. One for the employees said maybe 5 am. Ahh maybe? Interesting fact-the employees were eating danishes and making drinks for themselves. I guess that wanted to have a Monday morning freebie. All I wanted was a Chestnut Praline latte for a morning moment of relaxation. Traveling after a holiday can be hectic. If only this location understood the loyalty of Starbucks customers.

6:30pm, October 25, 2023. Very rude white obese female employee taking orders. Threw bag of cold food on the counter towards me. Crumbled my receipt and walked away. I asked her for receipt, she printed new one and tossed it on counter. Either you’re racist or not happy working here.

Drink was perfect (way better than I thought it'd be) and everyone was nice and fast! Mobile order is the way to go, line was a bit long.

Avoid if you’re on a tight schedule. This place is understaffed and undertrained. Mobile ordered ahead and the app said it’s available in 7 minutes. Ended up waiting 25 minutes in line just to get a hot breakfast item. They also don’t really update there item inventories in the app, so you might order something that’s not even available.

Huge line, they move very slowly. Only one register open but two people standing by the register. Makes no sense.

Waited 45 minutes in line to have to be turned away because it was gonna take a minute to make my drink and my flight was boarding. The girls were slow and they was four of them!

Stood in line for 20 minutes for an iced coffee. I couldn't figure out why it was taking so long as it didn't seem like there were really that many people in line. Once I got to the front of the line and watched what was going on behind the counter I couldn't help but think the ordering process was very inefficient. When I finally got up to order I discovered they didn't have iced coffee! How can Starbucks in a busy location not have coffee? The answer is nobody bothered to make more when they ran out. Just ridiculous.
