Five Guys in Raleigh

“In the past my experience has not been good but returned after my six month hiatus. New afternoon crew was present. The cashier didn't understand my fries order and her manager stepped in to assist us. A slight language barrier but with a professional display of patience the manager helped the cashier and I was able to order 'light' cooked fries. The manager stepped back to the cook to ensure my fries were cooked light.

In summary, the overall energy was great from cashier, prep, cook and leadership. I'm very finicky about my grilled dog and fries not being overcooked. Six months ago I returned my fries twice, do I took a break from 5Guys. Glad it's back on point with quality services.“

“I came in on a very busy night and they messed up my order. I called, spoke to a manager, and she offered to remake it for me and give me an extra free meal on top of that. When I came in to get my new order she was very apologetic and kind. My burger was remade perfectly and tastes great. On top of that, the cashier was so kind and even during a rush took time to have a very personalized interaction with me. I definitely will come back to this location in the future.“

“Five Guys always has delish fresh cooked burgers from patties. When you walk in the door they call out that customers are entering and everyone gets ready to prepare food. There is plenty of staff and the food never takes long. A perk and fave is the delish salted in shell peanuts they have for you to eat while you wait. The cajun fries are amazing and generously proportioned! One of the best burgers you will get not cooked at home!“
