Figulina has done an excellent job transforming the Humble Pie space into a pasta-making Mecca. You can watch the chefs hard at work making wells in dough and forming the sheets for ravioli and agnolotti. Our service was a bit spotty but the food was wonderful. I was sad to see Humble Pie go, but also really like the pasta concept of Figulina. The menu is small, so if you aren't looking for pasta, this probably isn't the spot to go. My friend and I sat at the communal table and enjoyed watching them make the fresh pasta in what seemed to be a dedicated pasta room. What an absolutely wonderful dinner we had tonight.And as good as the food was...and it was...what really impressed was the bar.I'm a pain the a$$ when it comes to cocktails. I tend to order simple drinks. But how they're done matters. And the gimlets and whiskey sours were simply on point.
