I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Burger King. The staff are friendly, my orders have been usually accurate, and the food is always served hot and fresh. Service is always quick, even during busy hours. It’s a reliable place to grab a meal, and I appreciate the team’s hard work. Hope it runs their business for a long time.
The new policy of having to wait an hour to order with a coupon or reward after using one is ludicrous. Previously i enjoyed burger kings reward program because if u had 1000 points u could order a burger small fry and small drink all with rewards all at once. Making a loyal customer wait an hour to order a second free item when ive earned it is stupid. I wanted to acknowledge the amazing service me and my wife received on Wednesday June 24th . This visit makes the best one of them all. There was an amazing lady who took our order with a big beautiful smile. I believe her name was Hailey and she is a fairly new member of the team . She didn't make us feel rushed or as if it was an inconvenience to ring in all 6 meals we got.
