“When we arrived they were very back up in taking orders and getting them out. But the young lady did acknowledge us and said that she would be with us shortly. I ordered 2 whopper meals. I asked for no mayo but ketchup and mustard. As well as extra pickle and onion. They gave us the extra pickle but almost no onion on the burgers at all. I actually thought that they had said no onion but I checked the box and it did say extra onion.
But the burgers were nice and juicy and the fries were hot and fresh.“
“The staff here was amazing! They acknowledged us when we walked in, they were friendly, and they knew the best deals to order. They made sure the order right and went above and beyond. The food was also good, the commercials were right. Mostly the people here just made our experience exceptional. Good people here.“
“I would like to issue an apology to this Burger King location regarding the bad review I left. It was a mistake. It was meant to be left for the Burger King at Pkwy village circle, 27127. However, I did stop by to this location and had a much better experience than at pkwy village. I asked about the Scooby doo toys and I was helped out.“
“I've been through the drive through several times in the past month or two and the staff is so friendly and enjoyable. You can tell when your food is being made by happy employees, it's so good every time I go. This is my favorite burger king by far.“
“To manager or owner, Jessie is soooooo sweet! He is always smiling and happy and double checks my order at the mic and makes sure he gets it right. Heck, yesterday I had a long stressful day at work, went to BK for dinner and asked what they had sweet. He named things and I asked for a choc and vanilla milkshake. He made it! I asked if I made him do extra work and he smiled, laughed and said no and said have it your way. Lol! He is just so freaking nice! I go there about once a week or so. Everybody is nice there though. My food is hot too. I love it there. I really do think he's the best. Hell, if I win the lotto I'm hooking him up! :)“
