Burger King in Charlotte

“I have never left a 5 🌟 review for a Burger King before but this one was on point. Our cashier was quick and friendly. Our food was cooked fresh and came out hot, fries crispy. My husband and I both agreed this was the best service experience we had received in a fast food chain in quite a while. The place was clean, very child friendly also.“

“Always a good experience because the morning staff are so professional and efficient. My food has never been old and my orders always accurate.

Even at night when someone stole my order, the staff got right to work replacing it and nothing was missing.“

“I ordered a kids meal thru the app. I got all of the food I ordered but no ketchup (I asked for ketchup at the window and she said yes but then never put any in my bag)

Food was good but the size of a burger has seriously shrunk—it’s the size of a slider“

“We had problems ordering online but the manager was awesome and made sure we got the same price as if we ordered online. It food was cooked when ordered, and this restaurant was very clean . It had a quiet atmosphere also and awesome prices as well... I give them 5 stars because it was not their fault the website was down and they still offered us the sale price from the website!“

“For a franchise fast-food joint, the cooking department here was on par. The double cheeseburger I ordered was juicy, not too salty, and rivals gourmet ones that are more expensive. I wasn't planning to write a review, but remember leaving thinking very highly of this location.“

“The older gentleman with the Grey in his beard, my reciept says the name is Tresean, he was working the drive through, it is always such a pleasure when I come across people who do their job and seem to enjoy it!! So greatful for him he made sure to remind me of my BBQ sauce not to mention the added ketchup and finally some napkins were also placed in my bag!! Wonderful work 👏“

“This is a review for the Burger King at Nations Ford and I-77 in Charlotte North Carolina....... the number one thing I look for in a restaurant is the sanitation score. It is one of the most important things to me. Anything below it 97%, I generally walked out and go find someplace else to eat. This Burger King has been here for decades and it has been remodeled over the past year or two. I had a Whopper meal today and it was what I remembered as a Young Man. I don't remember spelling $11 for a small Whopper meal, but as of this date 4/2026 had a 99.5% sanitation rate. The restaurant was impeccably clean the floors and the glass was clean. The staff was courteous too. I won't get into the prices but I think that's everywhere.“

“I patronized this location today for lunch ( and I haven't been here in years! However today's experience was AWESOME! Clean tables, floor, counter tops and all! Not to mention the customer service from the GM Eve!!! She acknowledged me and my manager as soon as we walked in with a smile (a beautiful smile might I add) and was simply a joy! You don't get that often these days with fast food establishments! Thank you Eve! Good job Burger King! You promoted the right person!“

“I'm giving this Burger King four stars because the food is always excellent. Normally, I purchase from drive-thru. However, this afternoon I thought I would dine inside. That may have been a mistake. I wasn't greeted by the young lady cashier who just gave me a dead stare. I've seen happier faces on hostage victims. The food was still excellent, but there was a guy sleeping on the bench in the corner. I figured the manager was unaware until she walked out to the dining room to eat and looked at the guy sleeping as she walked by. I guess the tables needing spruced up was not a priority either. Did I mention the food is still excellent.“

“Service was a bit slow but the customer service good. Food quality at this location seems a bit lacking but, the fries where fresh. Thats always appreciated.

They had several wrong orders while I was there but, the kitchen staff seemed younger or newer. Overall, average fast food“

“This is the first Burger King in a long time where the whopper is actually fresh and hot. Today I actually enjoyed a hot whopper meaning you can feel the heat on your hands hot. Thanks to the staff member who made it. Young brother with dreads. Thank you sir. It made my day. Actually this may be the best whopper I’ve had here in Charlotte. Again thank you for the customer care. You deserve recognition for your attention to detail and quality service. I would have took a picture but it was already eaten by the time I started this review. Quan is the young brother who made my whopper. I didn’t want to forget his name for the positive review. I love Burger King and today was the greatest day for a whopper for me. Thanks Quan, I greatly appreciate you bro.“

“Clean and neatly kept. The drink stations were also clean which is unusual to expect at such a busy airport. Got my order real quick, only the staff could have been a bit nice with their tone or it may just be a bad day for them due to the constant rush.Had the original chicken sandwich meal. 4/5Wish they had mayo packs, would have been perfect.“

“Burger King near Gate E10 at Charlotte Airport CLT The line was short at around 10 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025. I stopped by hoping to purchase a meal before a flight that was due to board in 30 minutes. One customer was at one of three self-service menu screens, and there was a front-line Burger King representative near the cash register. Two of the three screens were turned off. The efforts by the customer at the third screen repeatedly resulted in an error message stating that the order could not be completed. I watched as the Burger King representative stood back, cleaned her nails, and did nothing - either to help the customer figure out what the problem was or to help the customer place the order herself. Her attitude clearly was that this wasn’t her problem. I abandoned the Burger King at this point, as did most of the people behind me, when after 10 minutes it was clear the representative was not going to help process this order. What a waste of Burger King’s resources and the time of its customers. Why be at CLT if you’re not there to efficiently and effectively serve Burger King’s customers?“
