Went through the drive thru. The lady who looked like a manager was a little rude when I asked for ketchup. She said it was in the bag and walked away and never came back. There was no ketchup in the bag so I sat there for five minutes until someone else came to the window and I could get some ketchup. Food was cold by the time I got home. Taste was ok.
Slow at times but it's okay

Burger King offers a welcoming experience, both at the drive-thru window and inside the restaurant. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make customers smile. The menu items, including the iced coffee, are prepared to customers' requests. The fries are decent, although not as good as they used to be. For the first time going to BK, it was a great experience! The food and service were great. The lady running the drive-thru was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the snack wraps! However, some customers have experienced issues with the freshness of the food, such as a fish sandwich that was just heated up and a burger that was not fresh. The frozen Pink lemonade drink was a highlight for one customer. Overall, it's a good quick stop for a pleasant meal, but the quality of the food can vary.
