I typically don't post much, but when I encounter excellent customer service, I feel compelled to acknowledge it. This fast food restaurant stands out as the best, offering impeccable customer service. TJ is amazing, always wearing a smile and consistently courteous. It's unfortunate that other fast-food establishments don't adhere to such standards.
I just went through the drive thru. After a very long day I had to be that person who ordered a bunch of food for the family. KENDAL did such an amazing job taking my order. He was so kind and patient! Good job to his parents! They are raising him up right! Thank you so much for an awesome experience!!

It was a pleasure speaking with Dottie today, she was warm and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and she made me feel very comfortable.
