Now you would think the one on freedom drive would be the ghetto KFC. that's not the case. This poorly managed KFC rivals the Wendy's at the corner of Central & Eastway. And we all know that experience ?
Placed a Family Deal mobile order on Father's Day. Arrived 5 minutes after pickup. No customers in DR or drive thru. They had not started getting order ready. We ordered extra crispy. I was told it would be 30 min to an hour and need to cancel the order. I said "no you're not. This is our FD dinner. Do you have original recipes chicken." I believe this whole place needs a remodel, the food was great and crisp and very well done! I was happy with it, and definitely would like to come again, but the place could use a upgrade and more staff! Other than that. The people and food were great!
