I ordered on line for first time in a long time. Whoever the cook is tonight,wed, 12/6, deserves the tip. It was a custom order,and it was PERFECT!! I'M 68 and I've had my share of burgers. Tonight's was in the top 3. Thank you BK. I GOT IT MY WAY!
I had to come back and change this.....Used to be my favorite, but apparently customer service went out the drive thru window!!! The food was 100% on point, but all of the employees seem angry, especially when you ask questions about the ever changing menu! Piece of advice, a smile may make someone else's day!!! You signed up for the job and it includes customer service! God woke you up, that should be enough to smile about! Maybe it's just me ??? had a bad experience today! 11/3/2023

My food was good. But I believe it is very, very important to have the best customer service as possible. Great servicing is the core of a business and it is that experience that bring customers back.I returned to this Burger King and I must say.......Great job!! Hiring manager!! I went there for lunch on 12/11/23. The food was hot and ready, the customer service this time was "Absolutely awesome!!" Great team!! Thanks guys!! I appreciate and respect what you do.
