“Jamaica is amazing! She is always in a good mood. She is polite and she’s always working hard to make sure that the customers know that she sees them and will get to them as soon as possible. She’s even polite to the Dasher. I would recommend anybody who has had a bad experience at Wendy’s to come see Jamaica.“

“I just want to take the moment to give yo-yo a very special shout out. She was so kind in the drive-through. My food was fresh and hot. My drinks were to a perfectness and a drink tray and she was very patient and understanding. Thank you so much. this is why I choose this Wendy’s all the time.“

“only compelled to review since this location seems to rly be getting dragged. it's brand new - like 2 weeks old. do they need a little improvement? sure, but i've been twice, and at the end of the day, satisfied. i've done mobile pick-up and drive-thru, and in both cases, yeah, the food was a little late, but still exactly what i ordered and up the the typical Wendy's standard. chill out folks, they're working it out - this franchise is totally fine imo. will return.“

“Enjoyed a dine-in for two just now, and it was surprisingly delicious; well cooked and fresh tasting burgers, fries and tenders. The fries had a great flavor and a perfect amount of crunch!

Service was pleasant and quick. Yes it’s the typical atmosphere, so nothing special there, but overall, a great experience.“

“This is a nice clean Wendy’s with a delicious chicken, apple, walnut salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Yum! I was impressed with Patrick who was so nice and polite helping the people in front of me, and then helped me, too. I came to Greensboro on business today and got the salad for dinner before heading back home. The bathroom was locked so I knocked, no answer and asked Patrick if I needed a key. He was really nice and said no, so I waited and read my emails. He came to see if I got in, and I appreciated that he followed up. He got the manager who unlocked it. I’ll come back to Wendy’s for this salad—the pecans and yummy dressing makes it better than at Chick-fil-a, plus there are more Wendy’s everywhere. Glad I stopped here and thanks, Patrick!“

“I cant believe I'm reading all of these reviews but today at Wendy's in Greensboro after doing my plasma donation. The staff and especially the manager Keysha were kind and welcoming! They gave me, my bf and my step son the utmost respect and we're nice to us. The meal was great and even tho my step son chose sonics. My step son would love to come back and eat here again. Got my favorite spot here now since I'm now donating plasma :) Thank you to the Greensboro Wendys staff :)“

“I want to give the biggest shout out to Mr Ingrahm at the register. If more stores could get employees with his enthusiasm and drive. This young man could have sold us everything on the menu. Oh and the food was good as well. Sore high Mr Ingrahm!“

“I’m generally not a big fast-food person, but giving Wendy’s five stars comes with a very specific reason — it’s hands down my favorite fast-food chain.

My go-to is the Double Baconator with extra pickles and extra mustard, and honestly, as an occasional cheat meal, it absolutely hits the spot every single time. Pair that with a fresh, hot order of fries and a fountain Diet Coke, and it’s hard to beat after a long, exhausting festival day.

Is it health food? Of course not. But for what it is, Wendy’s consistently delivers something satisfying and genuinely enjoyable. I’ve tried plenty of other burger chains, and this is still the one I come back to every time.
