“I went there on our 44th wedding anniversary it was late about 8pm, we walked in and got our food to go very polite and caring every thing went fine, a couple of weeks later I returned because I had to go to Dr. Me and my oldest son went and the girl that was at the drive thur couldn't understand my order at drive thru had to pull up to window, told her my order again, which was a number one and 2 Dave's single and 2 bacon cheese fries and a medium coke, well she gives me 3 bags and sandwiches was right but no bacon cheese fries, there was fries in all 3 bags, I had to walk into Wendy's and get the 2 bacon and cheese fries and I was the only one there at time of order, and I canceled my card because at window it got out of my site.But the food was great and had no problem when I went in.“
“This kind of service today is just disgusting ?. 5 dollars for a frosty nasty attitudes. Burger should not taste like rubber. Employees need gloves and hairnets on and learn customer service etiquette. Shame on you Wendy's. Not worth my hard earned money oh no thank u ??“

An amazing execution of service and team work was provided by both of these girls. My visit was wonderful and beyond the service I could've ever asked for. I'm truly in awe of the amazing job and the sweet demeanor of these ladies. I applaud these hard workers! I hope they are appreciated!“
“My family sent me with quite a list of items to pick up for dinner. I went through the drive thru to order and quickly realized they had looked at the wrong menu so none of the items they sent me to get were available. It was busy so I started to panic a bit; however, Mercedes, the woman that took my order, was such a huge help and was so pleasant and patient. She helped me figure out what to get and everything ended up being perfect. Big thank you for her excellent service!!“
“My husband and I occasionally visit different wendys but not as much as we would like as the ones near our home isn't that great. This wendys on battleground was perfectttt! Fresh hot food and perfect service from the speaker to the first window to the second everyone was awesome. We will be back!“
“The food and the service was hot and good. The only problem was the drive through speaker wasn't working and I had to place my order at the window which caused a longer delay in getting my food. The staff was nice and friendly and my experience was good.“

“I ran out to the market and decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat on my adventure. When I got Wendy’s I did notice that the parking lot was clean and as I entered the store although it was busy, I was greeted promptly. Since I had ordered my food via the mobile app, I didn’t have to wait long for my food. It was hot, but not as fresh as I had hoped. The fries were a bit greasy and tasted as if they had been fried in old grease. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their tea was Southern Sweet Tea and refreshing. The dining area was clean but the trash can was overflowing. Overall experience was a 4. Would I go back yes but in hopes that the food is a bit more pleasing.Kid-friendliness: They do have a children’s menu and in most cases, if you utilize the app there are always deals for a kids meal.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wide enough for a wheelchair and they do have accessible parking. My only concern would be when the drive thru is full of cars, then it may be an issue for someone in a wheelchair getting to the entrance more easily.“
“Wendy's has the least expensive breakfast in town. I had a pleasant experience at this location. The employees are patient with their customers, even when I don't know what I want, have special requests, or make repeated requests after I've already placed my order. The store is clean, the food is hot, fresh and fast. Keep up the good work“

“Wendys for the past years have been a hit or miss. Sometimes the service has been really slow and aggravating. This past visit was a dream. The service was quick friendly and food was perfect. I was waiting to be woke up, for surely this is not Wendy's. Whatever is happening, let it continue, just so long everything is run well and staff are treated kindly. Go Wendys Go! I can't wait to have another dream visit.“
