Wendy's in Kannapolis

“We use to come here often but it began to take forever to get our food. So we had to find a different place to get food quicker. The people were friendly just seemed to take a while. Today we decided we had some time to wait if we needed to. Today, we ordered pretty much the same as always and before we could fill out drinks and put lids on, our food was ready. We watched and were amazed at how quickly they were serving customers as we are. Employees were also friendly.“

“There was an extremely long wait in the drive through. I sat at the microphone for over 5 minutes before they took my order. The staff was pleasant and got my order right. The wait time was too the point that I was preparing to leave when they were finally able to take my order. I almost left.“

“The staff here is absolutely wonderful and so kind and considerate. They keep the place clean and get orders right and work really good as a team and engage with the costumers making it a nice environment to sit down and eat at. The management is also absolutely wonderful and checks up on the customers to make sure their food is good and everything was correct. She is so kind. Definitely the best wendys I've ever been to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.“
