“Although the drive through was slow, when I got to the window, got my food the cashiers were very nice and asked me if I needed anything else such as catch up mustard condiment stuff. Make sure that I had all I needed to and my drinks were good and not watered down. Although it was a slow it was worth waiting for and that's all I have to say about that“

“I have been in this area going on 5 years. This is the closest Wendy’s to me. Many times this Wendy’s (Rankin Lake) made me say I’m never coming back! BUT yesterday was one of my give them another chance days. Went through the drive thru around 5:30pm. Customer service was great (Thank you Deerica) Food was hot! No Coke, but Cherry Coke option was offered to me. Burger patties fresh! Cheese melted! Fries and chicken nuggets hot! And my sauce was in the bag. Shocked me! Bet it won’t happen two days in a row?! Went on my lunch break today! Exact! Same! Experience! Deerica was there today too! And guess who likes Cherry Coke now…Me! Something has changed and I love it! Thank yall!“

“June 29th 2022, around 9AM in the morning, i went to grab a breakfast sandwich at this location and a very rude black man with glasses gave me a nasty attitude. I got a coupon in the mail so i was very excited to use it, as soon as he open the drive thru window and said the X amount, i gave him my coupon first and he repeated the X amount louder with a nasty attitude... So i gave him my debit card, this whole thing felt so uncomfortable that i didn't even enjoy my sandwich after that. I'm not going back to this location again. UPDATE: I went back to Wendys and my experience was much better, i enjoyed my Dave's triple combo. 😋🍔 The staff was friendly.

Went back and the staff was super friendly, the fireplace was on so that's a plus. Def will be coming back with my friends and family. 😋🍟🍔

Great staff, friendly and professional manager.

I got some cold Frenchies 🍟.... It was ruining the rest of my food...

So I went back to the counter and I Asked for fresh French fries and the manager said of course! With a smile.... Great customer service.

The food was yummy and it hit the spot.
