“The guys at this Wendy’s were working SO HARD and doing an incredible job. The guy up front was going between 2 registers just to get through the line faster! My food was super fresh and came out really fast. I was honestly so impressed and appreciative and really just wanted to give the guys a shout out for their hard work. Bravo!“

“For fast food, my recent drive-thru order was quick, service friendly, and my Pretzel bacon cheeseburger and bacon pub fries were cooked well. This is food for people with an appetite! I was afraid the beer cheese would be messy, but it’s melted and not too gooey. Pub fries are salty from the bacon and super cheesy. The new watermelon energy drink has just the right amount of sweet fizziness.“

“I ordered online forgot to take some items off my sandwich , the guys went above and beyond to remake it for me and make sure it was hot and ready. The young men at the window & the one with the glasses and the long dreads were great help.“

“The staff are very professional and friendly! They provided hot food and courteous servic, which is all you can ask these days of a drive-thru. I also enjoyed the fact that when I went back and said that something wasn't right, they didn't question me to death or ask me for a million receipts. they simply fixed the order and sent me on my way! Kudos to Wendy's for not treating your customers like a bunch of greedy liars! Thank you so much!“

“The drive through line was too long so i decided to go inside, when i did i got the best and most friendly service from Elijah, i waited half the time it would’ve taken me to get through the drive through and got the best experience out of it too. Elijah’s a real one“

If you forget to put salad dressing a fork etc that comes with the salad that I just bought and I have to drive back over to the place to get it on my lunch break the only thing you should say is I apologize. Trying to chastise me about which window I pull up to in order to get what you forgot is not the answer.
I'm pretty sure it was a manager too and the apology never came.

“Have you tried the Honey Butter Chicken Breakfast Sandwich from Wendy's? It was my first time trying it, and I was honestly impressed. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the sweet, creamy honey butter. The combination of sweet and savory flavors really makes it stand out from typical breakfast sandwiches.

The biscuit was soft and fresh, and everything just blended together so well it literally melts in your mouth. For about $3, it’s a great value and definitely worth trying if you want something different for breakfast. It tastes indulgent without being overly heavy.

“At almost all Wendy's I have been to in NC.they only do one order at a time. meaning they take your order you pay then you receive your food. Then they take the next persons order. Waiting in line for 30 min for 3 just to order. Should never happen. If you don't have enough staff close for the day. Sorry! But your a fast food chain“

“I stopped in just to try the new brownie frosty and was helped right away. Even though the person at the counter seemed exhausted, he stayed polite and got my order done quickly without any hassle. I truly appreciated the effort and left feeling satisfied with the service.“

“Food was great. I got a cheese and bacon baked potato. The potato was soft and hot. The cheese was delicious and the bacon was cooked perfectly. You can tell they use fresh bacon and not processed bacon bits. I also got 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. They were cooked well and were nice and crispy. The only thing wrong with my visit was that they were out of BBQ sauce. I had to get sweet and sour sauce instead. Overall, I would recommend this Wendy's location to anyone who's in the area or passing through.“

“Clean store and bathroom. Fast, friendly service. The only complaint i have is subjective. I tried the brownie batter frosty, not my cup of tea. I'm assuming they put brownie mix into a cheap chocolate sauce. There was no chocolate taste and it was very gritty. Not appealing to me at all.“
