We placed a mobile order. Unfortunately I wasn’t informed that the location was out of spicy chicken nuggets. I received regular instead, which I don’t eat. I went inside and asked for them to just be refunded since I don’t eat them and they were out of what I ordered and they said they couldn’t do that in store and we would have to go online. Drive thru is always closed and asking for mobile orders. Horrible customer service. Such a shame as Wendys used to be my favorite. In a time where technology accelerates around us, Wendys is swictly soaring backwards.
Nastiest place I’ve been to in my life . Down to the workers attitudes . I watch them drop a burger on the floor picked it up n still gave it to a customer I asked if she could wash her hands she said I could leave n take my money back .
