This Wendy’s has the most consistently terrible service. If you’re planning on dining here, plan on it taking at least 20 minutes…and that’s if no other customers are in the restaurant or drive thru. This “fast-food” establishment is not fast and the food is mediocre at best. I have not had a positive experience here in the dozens of trips. I waited in the drive-thru for about 45 mins to an hour and about 6 cars were waiting behind me & about 3 cars in front of me. It was about 7:30pm ish on a wednesday night. I Finally got up to the window when a female came on the intercom & asked me if I was ordering through the Mobile App. I said no then a male came on the intercom & said that they are only taking Door Dash & Mobile App orders.
