Wendy's in Concord

“We use to come here often but it began to take forever to get our food. So we had to find a different place to get food quicker. The people were friendly just seemed to take a while. Today we decided we had some time to wait if we needed to. Today, we ordered pretty much the same as always and before we could fill out drinks and put lids on, our food was ready. We watched and were amazed at how quickly they were serving customers as we are. Employees were also friendly.“

“Went through drive through today and the sweet lady in the drive through 1000% made my day. She was wearing a sparkly (sequins on hat) blue Santa hat, she had to bring my food out to me and she also brought me a small extra surprise. Need more people like her working at places! Such a lovely soul! She deserves a raise! 😀“

“I eat here most days for lunch during the work week. The team here is friendly and well run. One day the frosty machine was down - no worries saved me extra calories. The machine was back up shortly thereafter. Great team, I think not having breakfast lets them focus more on lunch.

I will say I’ve switched from Chick-fil-A to Wendy’s, the Taco Salad is great and a few dollars cheaper. The meal deals hit the spot. Plus the friendly atmosphere is a big plus. Also a 99 health score - it’s truly a really well run restaurant - it made me rethink the Wendy’s brand. (The Cinnabon pull apart was awesome today as well - I ate there twice today!)“
