What is the purpose of having their lights on? Every time I go after work between 8pm and 9pm, they are ALWAYS "having a shift change and not taking orders". What does that even mean? So you don't care about making the company money? And then I drive around the building, and the whole staff is just sitting around eating. Manager clearly doesn't care either. Horrible service and laziness. McDonald's across the street must be booming.
If you're looking for a Wendy's that's open after 6:00 p.m. don't go here it was 7:09 when I pulled in the parking lot and they continue to tell me that the machines were down while they were smoking cigarettes outside. This is almost happened the last three times I've been here I grew up going to this Wendy's it just needs to close there is two other ones that are within range I like this one cuz it's closer to the house but for the past few years it has been a let down. People here are always rude. This most recent time was the last straw. Huge attitudes from staff. Food is never fresh or even warm. I’m a nice, calm understanding person so I tend to be cordial and accommodating. The wait time is excessive here. I live in the area and I won’t go here again. Disgusted.
