“As with any Wendy's location, the food here does tend to be a bit on the pricey side (certainly nowhere near as economical as Burger King, for example). However, their drive-thru service is fast and VERY respectful, leaving me with a smile on my face after a tough day! Thank you to the hard workers at Wendy's on 127!“
“There was a long line in the drive thru, and each order seemed to take longer than usual. The food was acceptable but not outstanding. The lady at the window was overworked but courteous. A busy day at lunchtime, I am sure that it will be better next visit.“
“Drive thru seems like they always forget something . Inside cashier always needs manager to do something. Never an in and out fast food place . Also drive thru you pull up and wait up to 5 minutes before they take your order then drive around no one even at the window . they are holding customer until first customer is complete then take your order. BS“
“Candice has got to be the most personable customer service orientated manager that I have ever met! Her employees all seem to respect her and pretty much ask her what else needs to be done with a smile on their face. I dont know if it's a daily thing, but she was scrubbing the baseboard while another girl was taking the chair legs rubber pieces off, and another scrubbing bathroom floors, all with smiles and great attitudes. She seems to be a great manager and I cant wait for my weekly trips just to see that crew work together so peacefully. Finally fast food with genuine hospitality! And food was fresh and hot, didn't mind waiting on fresh fries, the whole experience was definitely worth it!“
