Love their delicious and super cheap breakfast menu options
The shift manager Nelson was very rude to me and my friend. There were 2 younger workers who did make the experience much better and made us laugh. But Nelson kept on being overly rude to me and my friend including throwing her food on the counter. I'm not sure if Nelson was having a bad day but he was definitely rude to some of the customers particularly the younger ones like me and my friend.
Service was fantastic but the food was mediocre at best. Can't stand the shredded lettuce. They need to bring back the lettuce they used to serve.

Customers also noted that the store seems to have different employees every few weeks, and management has been seen as not very effective lately. Overall, while the quality of food remains decent, the service quality can vary, and the store has faced challenges with staff consistency and management.
