There is no worse wendys in the world. 20 min to get a biggie bag in drive thru. I asked twice to Confirm my order. It was still wrong. They made it a second time. It was wrong again. I then Gave my food Back And left without receiving anything after I paid.
We arrived at drive thru during shift change and were asked to order inside. So we pulled back around to parking area and one of the two doors to the dining room was locked (guess which one we tried first). Wouldn't you know it, the staff was in the middle of shift change indoors, too - and "enthusiastically" discussing who was going to take the next order. If we hadn't been in a bit of a hurry, I'd have walked out the door and gone somewhere else. Fast food dinner should not...read full review

I waited 15 minutes at the drive through before someone came to take my order. I had to drive up to the window to let them know that I was even there. I didn’t see her name tag but there was two people, a younger lady and and older heavy set lady with a gray beard.
