I waited 15 minutes at the drive through before someone came to take my order. I had to drive up to the window to let them know that I was even there. I didn’t see her name tag but there was two people, a younger lady and and older heavy set lady with a gray beard. Instead of the younger lady taking my order right there, she told me that I had to reverse, and drive back to the speaker to order. They didn’t even have tortilla bread for a BREAKFAST burrito. After paying, the older woman told me to pull up to the second door and that someone would bring my food to me. After waiting another 15 minutes I had to get out of my car to walk inside to see why it was taking so long for what I ordered. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!! The wedges weren’t even fresh. The English muffin was so stale that pieces were missing from the bread. 20 minute wait for food that wasn’t even worth it. Wendy’s will NEVER get any of my money ever again. Check the cameras for the wait time if you think I’m exaggerating. 7:03am. 4/12/2024. 0 stars for this establishment

There is no worse wendys in the world. 20 min to get a biggie bag in drive thru. I asked twice to Confirm my order. It was still wrong. They made it a second time. It was wrong again. I then Gave my food Back And left without receiving anything after I paid.

We arrived at drive thru during shift change and were asked to order inside. So we pulled back around to parking area and one of the two doors to the dining room was locked (guess which one we tried first). Wouldn't you know it, the staff was in the middle of shift change indoors, too - and "enthusiastically" discussing who was going to take the next order. If we hadn't been in a bit of a hurry, I'd have walked out the door and gone somewhere else. Fast food dinner should not have so much drama...

This location doesn't have a working scanner most of the time, so if I don't remember to ask for a receipt, I don't get any reward points. Not only that, but I can't use any of my offers, because they are in my app and they have to be scanned. There's no way of knowing ahead of time if their scanner is working. I tried calling to check on that, and they told me I would need to drive over there and see if it is. I asked what if it's not? How do I redeem my offer? They said I couldn't get it. Also, when I did my first mobile order with them a few days ago, they told me I had to come inside to pick it up, because they couldn't do it from the drive-thru, even though the app said to pick it up in the drive-thru. They don't seem to care about how frustrating this all is.

Horrible. Food took forever, Frosty machine needed filling but no one warned us when we ordered. Then, when we requested a refund for the Frosty’s we had not gotten, the manager yelled at us and lied that Wendy’s does not do that.

Besides look dirty inside the kitchen customer service is horrible. I went in and stand at the counter for 5 minutes completely ignored… I decided to to drive thru and once at the window they tell me they can’t scan the barcode on the app for the specials because they don’t have scanner …. So Unacceptable.

I give a -1 because I drove up at 1157pm. No potatoes, not tragic its late, but when I oder a burger its cold, no napkins and you got snippy I wouldn't take my $4.67 in all coins. No thank you slamed window shut. Don't apply if you really hate working.

The was bagged horribly, everything was stuffed in one bag and the order was completely wrong; not want I ordered and when I called to say something about the order immediately got attitude from the guy on the phone blaming the driving and evening the driver had mentioned about the workers having attitude when picking up the orders.Missing milkshake, bacon burger had no bacon and was flat like a pancake, cold old friesWon't be ordering from this location again

I would love it if Google would start giving us the ability to rate in the negatives. This place is literally beneath one star. The PM crew is a special kind of inept. At this point, it has to be management. No way should a company allow these type of people to deal with customers. UNREAL.

This is my second Wendy's with similar results. This time I go inside at a different location. I specifically ask the food prep person to make sure he puts beans in my chili and not just soup. He assured me. But guess what I got? Bean soup with mostly soup. My burger was almost cold.
