“I just got a sub from here and I must say everyone was super nice and the sub was delicious. The only problem I had was, I got a gargantuan sub chips and a drink and my bill came out to $23. The staff was amazing. I think their names were Nick Alex, and there was a girl, but I can’t remember her name would come back again.“

“I visited this Jimmy John’s today, it was one of the best and fastest sandwiches places i’ve ever been to. I am not from Greensboro, but I’d definitely recommend this jimmy johns! Ren had great customer service along with Tony who made my amazing sandwich. I got the original combo (pepe) and it was delicious! 5 stars!“

“Conveniently located near Carolina Theater. I walked in feeling terribly exhausted and on a mission. Walked out with a smile on my face and exactly what I ordered. Staff was friendly and inviting to me, even though I had ordered online and had planned to just walk in, grab my food and walk out.“
“I went today, July 8, 2025 for lunch, and received some of the best customer service I have had at any Jimmy John’s or drive-through. The girl at the window who took my order provided exceptional counter service, and the sandwich makers were quick and accurate. I am very pleased and would love to give these workers a shout out.“
“So, last time I went to a Jimmy John’s, I got a slim one and they forgot the cheese. This location though, did not forget the cheese. Because of the fact that they didn’t forget that and they are crazy fast and efficient, I give them 5 stars. Always have loved Jimmy John’s and this is one of the best locations. I will be coming back soon.“
