The downtown Greensboro JJ's is freaky fast but forgot my chips. I ordered just a sandwich and chips, and they forgot my chips. I picked up my order and didn't even look inside, so that was on me. I usually go to the Battleground, Jimmy John's, but recently moved. I did call the store and tell them about the missing item, and although they didn't even apologize, they did end up giving me a two dollar credit for a future bag of chips. Just seemed pretty lazy. I always order Turkey Tom sandwich when I have a few minutes to have lunch. JJ service is always the fastest ever! This location is quite small but it seems clean and staff is pleasant.
