I called the store to use a credit that I was told I would be provided with after there was no delivery driver working on October 7th from an online order I had placed which was an inconvenience as I work in a busy healthcare setting and was still charged a delivery fee. I asked to speak to the manager, Jermey who was unprofessional and had poor customer service skills. He was more concerned with having customers in the store than resolving the problem. Apparently, they must be short staffed which I understand a lot of places are but great customer service support make a significant difference. Very disappointed.

Last time I ordered they told me after ordering that they couldn't deliver. Then he couldn't even take two steps out and parking is practically impossible. Then I walk over a block to get there into a store with extremely loud music. He hands me the order, didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee, and got grumpy when I made him refund it.
This time I called ahead to make sure delivery was available. Wasted my money on two half empty containers of pasta and potato salad.
Why do I always feel like I wasted money when I order here!?
Probably because they take advantage of shift workers like me that are limited to restaurants that delivery when they couldn't bring lunch.

I very rarely complain online because it's not worth my time but in this economy, companies need to start being accountable. It took me 3 years and a gallon of gas just to find parking after the lunch rush at this location. Order was made before I even paid for it. That's great except sometimes when you try to be fast, you make mistakes. Order was wrong. Didn't know until I left my parking spot. Decided to call in. Manager offered to make my sandwich himself "next time" except that did nothing for me at the moment. No offer to see if I was close to deliver me a new sandwich or offer me a free one on my next visit or anything. Paid $13 for a $5 ingredient sandwich which was made wrong followed by horrible CS. I won't be back.
