Ruth's Chris Steak House offers an amazing atmosphere with attentive staff providing great menu suggestions. While one reviewer had a negative experience with crab cakes, another was disappointed with a to-go order mistake. Despite these issues, the food, especially the filets and macaroni and cheese without lobster, left a positive impression. The unique serving style of plates at 500 degrees kept the food hot throughout the meal. Sides are generously portioned for sharing between 2-4 people. Overall, the restaurant left a good impression and the couple plans to return in the future.
