25% more expensive, 15% less quality - I still love the filet on the sizzling plate - but for the up-charge over other greensboro fine dining places (undercurrent, printworks, b-christophers, etc), you'd expect everything to be spot on. Instead, our dinners came while we were just atarting our appetizer (in spite of my asking them to give is a little time), then we were half way through dinner before our server came back so I could order wine with dinner, the long empty appetizer plate was still crowding our table when dinner was finished and our finished plates remained until the check came, and my water glass stood empty for way too long. Small things - staff were all friendly but clearly not well trained and managed. Go elsewhere - you'll spend less and enjoy the service you deserve for a big night out.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, we called first to make a reservation and the person who answered said that we did not need it, when we arrived the girl who served us with a very bad attitude, her name is Anna, and told us that she only We could sit at the bar, practically the restaurant had almost all the tables empty.

It was my first time here on my birthday the other night, (March 16) . When I say I was impressed, I definitely was. The food was cooked to perfection. The stuffed chicken was sooo good I wanted to take some home lol. This place has become a new fave of mine.

Food was great! But got really loud like I was in a gym. Made it a bit hard to focus on my own conversation.

This my third visit to a RC, first time to this one. We were sat way in the back by an exit door I'm assuming. Wasn't happy about it so we requested to be moved. The next room was better. Our food was good and hot and came out in a timely manner. I recommend the sweet potato casseroleIt's a winner everytime! Our server was doing lot! When we were ready to go we waited a while to get our food put to go containers and for the check. Actually, another lady helped wrap the food up. This was around 630pm(Sunday). It started to get crowded . I suggest making reservations.Parking: Enough parking for everybody, depending on time of day and if it's weekend.

Nobody was friendly at all! The food was just ok . My meal was overall a 7/10. I was not happy as usual. I have never had this type of experience at Ruth Chris. I come quiet often. The service was terrible. The manager on duty was nonchalant and didn't want to hear what I had to say about my mother's food that she had to send back because her Fliet was overcooked. He did take some items off the bill but showed no signs that he cared to listen. She had nothing to eat while everyone else finished what the had for dinner. Everything took such a long time from start to finish. My youngest sibling stated she will continue to go to Olive Garden due to how slow the service was. That was her first and last visit.

The atmosphere was great. The food was way over priced for what was served. Our food was overly seasoned, specifically with salt; way too much. Gluten free menu was asked for due to needing it. One of the items offered on this menu was a salad, which when served, came with both croutons and battered fried onions. No way was this gluten free. It was almost 45 minutes before we were served anything we ordered and an hour before receiving our entrees. The staff was pleasant, but not overly attentive.

Everything was great! Deborah was awesome and very attentive. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. A perfect place for a special occasion. From parking, to being welcomed and seated, everything was perfect. We will visit again.

I was asked to do a survey for open table. It was OT request. In order to help OT I had to comply with a 2 step verification using a code/phone number and then my email just to help OT. I didn't anything but aggravation and wasting my time. OT has to many lawyers!

Mark, Debbie and their team took very good care of us as we celebrated our friend's birthday. Everything was perfect, from the outstanding service to the excellent food. Our favorites are any type of steak, lobster mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and sweet potato casserole. Thank you for yet another top notch experience!

Went to dinner at the Greensboro, NC location last night, Saturday night, with the wife, it was packed. Luckily I made a reservation, we were seated fairly quick and our server took our drink orders. She came back a few minutes later to tell us our drinks were going to be a few minutes and took our appetizers order, about 5 minutes later our appetizers come out. We had the crab cakes, some shrimp thing and veal ravioli’s. The raviolis were great. About halfway through the apps, drinks came. We placed our entree order when the apps came out. It took about 20-30 minutes for our medium cooked Porterhouse for two and three sides to come out. The porterhouse was over cooked over charred and fairly small. They did offer to re-do it for us but we refused. (I’m a first impression type of person) They knocked some drinks and apps off the bill but left the over cooked $119 steak on the bill. Service was non existent except for the guy who boxed our food at the table. He was actually very pleasant. End of the meal we ordered two desserts and they brought out a complimentary cheesecake since we were celebrating our anniversary. It sucked. The desserts took a pretty long time to come out also. Overall for a $420 night (including tip). It was disappointing to say the least. We’ve eaten here in the past and always got top notch food and service. Those days are gone.

We were surprised by how many things were overlooked. We were seated at a table for four, but only one place setting was complete. We received bread plates, but never received bread. Our drinks were each placed at the wrong seat, the teenager was given my cocktail for example. We repeatedly had to request refills of tea. The service was not what you would expect for the price.
