A year ago I didn't have a pleasant experience and today I said... let me go in and see who's inside. This new crew was fantastic!

“I’ve been to Waffle House hundreds of times in my 15 years of life. This is hands down the best one… good enough where I’m leaving a 5 star review at WAFFLE HOUSE! The service blew me away. Everyone was so amazing and made us feel at home. Really an excellent Waffle House experience.“
“Just wanted to give a big shout‑out to the manager, Michelle and her Waffle House team today. They were slammed, dishes pilling up everywhere, customers orders not going as planned and the whole team was feeling the pressure.
She briefly gathered the crew to offerer a few encouraging words, and from what I observed, showed genuine appreciation and compassion for her staff.
The Waffle House Team seemed to know their regulars and ‘old timers’ really well and greeted each by name, genuine and personal in the same way as Michelle cared for her staff- i appreciated seeing that kind of leadership and kindness by all the Waffle House team. Great Job all around.“

“All I can say is thank you waffle house for the work you do. Where else would all the drunks go at 3 am. If I'm out late I like to stop in for the entertainment from the locals that probably won't remember their star performance. And when HPPD shows up I order another appetizer. It's about to get good.“
