“There was an employee working the Christmas shift tonight and she seemed less than thrilled to be working. But as soon as we paid and my son said “Merry Christmas”, she lit up like a tree and said “I feel so much better now”. I hope that all the staff there have wonderful Christmas. Thank you for serving others when sometimes they just need an hour away from their big family to have a meal with their little family.“
“The food is affordable but for what it is a expected a little better value. Such as my brother got add on sausage and it was $4.50 for the smallest 2 pieces of sausage ever. Our waitress barely spoke English which was strange I wasn't sure if they just needed her to fill in or maybe they get a lot of Spanish speaking customers but we could barely understand each other.“
“I always feel very welcome at a Waffle House and this one was no exception. It has a very good feel to it. I was welcomed in and my server was quick to get my drink order. The coffee is decent and the food was great. The staff is friendly and easy going. I look forward to returning to this location.“
“A friend picked up food today around 10am at my request. This is the second time I've eaten at Waffle House (hwy 54 and pittsboro)in years- Christmas and today- Delicious hot food, crispy bacon, creamy grits with butter and delicious hot plain Waffle. Thanks Waffle House....you're beating out these new pop up restaurants (chicken and Waffle places etc)in the quality of your food.

“I dined at the Hillsborough Road Waffle House in Durham, NC.
The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious; and even when the steak ordered was not to my liking; Geo, Darien and Yamala made it right by suggesting another item on the menu and it was DELICIOUS and very much something that I would return to this Waffle House and order again.
I think Geo, Darien and Yamala going the extra mile made a huge difference in my dining experience.“
“The service was good at first but soon as I put a bit in my mouth the waitress comes back every time with questions every time she is annoying me like hell . They are not to do that. Food was good. Place needs a good cleaning all over it...“
