“Visit this place in the middle of the night and they had one of the best customer service . Dutches had an amazing attitude and took our order fast . While eating the cook ( Mr.Moe) and ( Brian ) checked on us and made sure we were okay ! Great night “
“We were the only people in the entire restaurant these poor girls were so bored they sat and talked with us almost the entire time. Our food was so hot and fresh I had to spit it out because it was burning my mouth lol. The two girls that were on shift during that table kept us laughing and kept us with tea they deserve a raise!!“
“Don't go much anymore for a number of reasons (most of those aren't the fault of the chain, tho'). While I get the whole cost-saving rationale (behind shortening the menus), someone less familiar with the place won't necessarily know there are other items available if they're not told.“
“BEST waffle house i've ever been to!! idk what the guy's name was but the guy who took my order, i told him to make my eggs special and he made me the BEST eggs i've ever had in my life from ANY restaurant i've ever been to!! i'm not even a fan of waffle house but this waffle house is the PLACE to go!!!“
“So, a relative has been in Europe where such places as Waffle House do not exist. So, our first day in Durham, we went to the nearest Waffle House. I joked about a 9 1/2 drive to eat breakfast at Waffle House, but despite the jokes, it was a good breakfast.Our server was training and the new server was a bit nervous. But our food arrived in a reasonable time frame, it was cooked as requested. Our coffee cups remained full.“
“In town and the staff was so sweet! We LOVED the fact that they literally decorated the entire place for Valentine’s Day! We went in just after midnight for a late night meal. You LITERALLY walked in and there was a red runway and Photo Booth! So adorable. When in Raleigh, THIS is the place. Clean, friendly staff who obviously CARE! Good customer service . Keep up the good job!“
