“I travel the eastern coast daily for work. This is by far the cleanest subway i have ever been to. The food viewed through the glass at the counter looks fresh and displayed well. The employees at this location actually care about their work and providing the best customer experience“
“I’ve been to every Subway in Greensboro and the one on Landview next to the Wendover Walmart is absolutely the best. The other Subway franchises in the area should request training from the people on Landview. They are always friendly and professional. I don’t feel like I’m imposing on them when I order my subs.“
“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.
Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetables but no meat substitutes.

“I have been eating breakfast at this Subway for around 17 years. On average I eat there 3-4 times per week. I have never had a bad experience at this Subway. Even when corporate changes their products or their supply chain shorts them product, they go to local stores or other Subways to ensure their customers are getting the best product for their money. It is ashamed that those people who just eat here when they have a coupon feel the need to provide negative reviews. Each franchise has the right to accept or reject coupons, after all they are not reimbursed by corporate for the free food. I am not the only patron who values this Subway, every morning that I am there, I see others there that have been coming for years.“
“My new favorite Subway location. Placed an order online and food was ready and accurate when we arrived. Food tasted very good (fresh). Place was super clean and OMG organized. The food cases were so neat and tidy as were the chips. Staff was very pleasant. Highly recommend this location!!!“
“The best subway in Greensboro nc.. Kathy was great. I went two other stores and nothing was covered and the lettuce was brown and had attitude..and the subway was very slow and this white guy on randlman rd.. was very rude.. keep up the good work Kathy“
“Super nice gentleman working the closing shift by himself. My daughter and I came right before close just for some cookies. He was closing and turned the lights off as we were walking up, he asked if we were ordering and was willing to go ahead and make our food if needed. I wish I knew his name bc he had great customer service and really seemed to care about his job and customers.“
“The night manager there is amazing. I personally witnessed him turn the whole store around. I used to dread coming to this location but had to out of convenience. But then I started running into him and he was polite, hustled, and made me want to come back. As a few months went by the quality of the store, employees, and atmosphere vastly improved. I am extremely grateful for this night manager making my experience with this store great.“

“I had a great experience at this store. The staff is very helpful, polite, and always ready to answer questions. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Prices are fair and the quality of products is really good. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!“
“This subways customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve literally had to go orders, walk in there. They tell me they haven’t even started my order. OK no problem. Let me go sit outside. I go sit outside and they lock me outside the store on top of that it’s been plenty of other orders that have gone terribly wrong. I either think that the store should get new management or completely shut all the way down. I am really tired of paying my money to get disappointed. I mean, I could literally do this at home, but it literally is supposed to be fast food for a reason.“
“I'm a worker here and my favorite is a tuna sub on white bread, toasted with extra cucumbers, spinach, and American cheese! With every cookie eaten like a sandwich!

“I went to this location a little bit after lunch. It was a little bit of a wait but, that was ok. I'm not sure of the young man's name but, he was in the store by himself and he was doing a great job. I ordered my Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and it tasted great. I will be back in the future.“

“Yesterday between 12 and 1 pm, I stopped by Subway and had a great experience. The lady working at the time provided excellent service not just to me, but to every customer who came in. The bar was stocked with fresh ingredients, and my sandwich turned out absolutely delicious. Thanks for the great service — I’ll definitely be recommending this location.“
“This was the best Subway® experience we have ever had. The freshest bread I’ve ever had at a subways. Subs were made perfect just as ordered online. It was delicious. There was one lady working all by herself. She could have thrown our sandwiches together and made them quickly, but she took her time and made them perfect.

“I don't know who the young man was working behind the counter tonight (Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024), but he's an exceptional employee! I got in about 30 minutes before closing and he was cleaning up, but made my sandwich quickly and deliciously. Even engaged in conversation with me! I know fast food is simply fast food, but I will definitely be returning here if I need my sandwich fix.

“Great subway! I've been to most subways and it's not clean at all! But this one is neat and always has the friendliest people and staff here. I enjoy taking my lunch breaks here because I get fresh food and they are quick!I would definitely recommend this location. Subway has such great food but only if done right and these people know how to do it right!!!“
