“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. “I have been coming here at least once a week since the pandemic to get my tuna sub on 9 grain wheat, and every week it is made superb. The bread is always fresh and soft, no hard edges and the toppings are always crisp and delicious. The young man working today around 5pm is AWESOME and very focused on GREAT customer service. “When I got my food home, they left off a lot of toppings. Wasn't happy about buying 2 subs for $40 and they were just bread pretty much. I called and told the manager what I found. He was frustrated but polite and said they would remake them. I arrived and the lady that made the apologized very nicely. I told them they could just fix my subs, no need to remake and waste food. They did an excellent job of making it right. We all make mistakes, it's how we correct them that matters. I have no problem returning.“

I've seen her for years and every time I go to Subway and she is there the bread, lettuce, and really everything is so fresh and clean. I always go there to get some of their freshly baked Raspberry Cheesecake cookies, and their White Chocolate Chip and Macadamia Nut cookies. Then, I'll get a foot long BLT on Italian Herb and Cheese brrad; with American Cheese toasted on it. Then put some Mayonaise, and some Salt & Pepper. Then, there ya go, you're good to go. I stopped by this location on my route today, and was immediately welcomed by Benita as a I walked in the door.Not only that, Miss Benita is holding down the whole place solo, orders coming in which direction and Benita handles it like there were 5 people In here but all alone.I felt my day got a brighter despite the rainy conditions just because of my interaction with Benita. Funny thing is, while dining inside, quiet with Christmas music of course, 2 other customers randomly gave their thumbs up to the awesome customer experience.Plus today is Thursday, meaning 5.99$ BMT today!
