“I’ve been to every Subway in Greensboro and the one on Landview next to the Wendover Walmart is absolutely the best. The other Subway franchises in the area should request training from the people on Landview. They are always friendly and professional. I don’t feel like I’m imposing on them when I order my subs.“

“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“This subways customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve literally had to go orders, walk in there. They tell me they haven’t even started my order. OK no problem. Let me go sit outside. I go sit outside and they lock me outside the store on top of that it’s been plenty of other orders that have gone terribly wrong. I either think that the store should get new management or completely shut all the way down. I am really tired of paying my money to get disappointed. I mean, I could literally do this at home, but it literally is supposed to be fast food for a reason.“
“The night manager there is amazing. I personally witnessed him turn the whole store around. I used to dread coming to this location but had to out of convenience. But then I started running into him and he was polite, hustled, and made me want to come back. As a few months went by the quality of the store, employees, and atmosphere vastly improved. I am extremely grateful for this night manager making my experience with this store great.“

“I don't know who the young man was working behind the counter tonight (Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024), but he's an exceptional employee! I got in about 30 minutes before closing and he was cleaning up, but made my sandwich quickly and deliciously. Even engaged in conversation with me! I know fast food is simply fast food, but I will definitely be returning here if I need my sandwich fix.
