“I have to give this subway they credit this staff yall have at this subway rocks food is fresh even the cookies its been awhile since I had a great subway and this one is the best one in winston salem north Carolina I stop eating subway because nothing was never fresh and ppl just didn't care about they customers and the other day I went the line was out the door and I still was in and out in great time to get back to work“

“Larry went above and beyond for my disability. Her really did. He brought it out to me they had closed and I called and went to get it. He really didn't know I had not had any food all day until the end. Awesome worker Larry give that man a raise!!!!! And he was respectful!!!!! Overjoyed.“

“I really like this Subway , I’ll usually stop by once or twice a week . They’re very friendly and sweet . The subs are very good , sometimes I eat a very simple sub or I love the Turkey Titan or their Italian. This is Winston Salem’ best Subway! Better than any of them in Greensboro too ! “My coworkers and I at Netceed frequently visit the Subway in Wallburg, NC, for lunch, and we always have an exceptional experience! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared exactly as we request. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the exemplary service provided by the wonderful staff.

A special shout-out to Brittney—she's always incredibly polite, friendly, and accommodating. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail make our lunch visits genuinely enjoyable. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers.

“I have never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are generally pretty nice and professional. But small things can become annoying, like the brewed tea being emptied and cleaned for the night well before closing time - what if customers don't want soda? Pay almost double for a bottled juice or water?

I wasn't going to write about it at all until after last night - I went in at 8pm for dinner and soon after being seated with my sandwich (and a soda because the tea was already emptied), one of the staff walked over and said that the dining room was closed for the night because she had already cleaned it... at 8pm... two hours before closing... so I wrapped everything up and uncomfortably ate a messy, foot-long sandwich in my car.

I doubt this is a management decision, and rather just staff trying to finish tasks ahead of time so they can leave early. And in my experience, Subway franshisees almost never read reviews so it's likely nothing will change, but oh well“

“Once or twice a week,I visit Ms Leo. She makes us the most delicious tuna subs. It's our family favorite and I believe Ms Leo throws in some extra love too, which is why it's so good. My favorite Subway,My favorite sub sandwich builder,thanks Ms Leo!!“

“This is the location that I visit the most. I am an employee and absolutely love having them three minutes from my office. Well oiled machine comes to mind when describing the location. The store is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have the rare ability to talk and have fun behind the counter, and never miss a beat. Don't let the line scare you! Even when it's to the door, the wait isn't bad at all. “My work buddy and i have tried 2 other subway shops in the last couple of months and weren't happy with any of them. Then we went and gave subway 1 more shot with the reynolda location. Jackpot. This place is much better. Staff is pleasant. Quick. Clean. No comparison. Go to reynolda subway next to cici pizza. We drive right by northpoint and rhe university by sams to get there.
