Subway in Lexington

“Yknow after a bad experience at the 2 other subways in Lexington I had to leave this review, this store has it sorted out. All the staff members Ive met, you’re all amazing 10/10 and for the people who need a quick easy and cheep meal with friendly service and convince. Everything about this store is the place for you. They accept promotions and deals, the staff are very hardworking and friendly. And it’s all at a very convenient gas station.“

“I placed an online order for pick up. When I got home with my sandwich and opened it I found a bread clip in my wrapper connected to my sandwich. I was completely confused. I called the store and I spoke with Danielle (DeDe), I explained to her what I found and we both laughted about it and she told me to bring it back in and she would remake it for. When I got back to the restaurant we both couldn't stop laughing about it. She remade my sandwich for me. She was very respectful and kind about it and was very apologetic about the whole situation. I could of been mad about it and threw a fit but I'm not that kind of person mistakes happen and she was very apologetic about it and even when I got back to the store she kept apologizing for it. We did laugh about it because I was funny because we were both confused on how it ended up there. I'm not mad or upset about it accidents happen and the way she handled it couldn't of been better. I do truly appreciate how she handled it. I did call the store the next morning to speak with the manager and explain to her what happened and how respectful her employee was and how she handled the situation and wanted to thank her and let her manager know she did a wonderful job and I couldn't of been any more happier how it was handled. People make mistakes and it's how you handle the and own them that makes a world of difference and I can say she did a wonderful job.“

“Standard SUBWAY RESTAURANT… Cost is based on what you order for a sandwich or salad.. THIS LOCATION is very skimpy on their meats. The $3 chicken roll up is a WASTE OF MONEY 💵!!! I eat he’s the guy break up a single strip of chicken —- one 1️⃣- yes UNO - ONE… piece of chicken meat into tiny pieces and place them across the bottom of my wrap.. added a few pieces of shredded cheese, rolled it up about six flips - so the chicken roll up is ALL BREAD WRAP with possibly a taste of chicken to it… WHAT A WASTE!!!!!!“

“The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere in the store could be approved on. There are several things that looks like it needs to be repaired. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit. It just looks like they’re in the process of having to do some work on the restaurant itself.“

“So I went to subway because I was craving a delicious Sub from that establishment, I was intrigued by the absolute sanitation and how clean the restaurant was, my customer service was more than awesome… at the front register there was a young lady who took my order, I asked her for her name and she said Jamiya, she was absolutely amazing and very polite I felt like I was back at my aunt Sally’s for Christmas… it smelled very appetizing in this establishment…. The cashier Jamiya’s perfume smelt very good like my aunt Sally’s bakery… anyways I thinks she deserve a raise very sweet!!“
