When I got my food home, they left off a lot of toppings. Wasn't happy about buying 2 subs for $40 and they were just bread pretty much. I called and told the manager what I found. He was frustrated but polite and said they would remake them. I arrived and the lady that made the apologized very nicely. I told them they could just fix my subs, no need to remake and waste food. They did an excellent job of making it right. We all make mistakes, it's how we correct them that matters....read full review

Moved here a couple of years ago and went once before new management took over and the change has been astounding!! Every time I go I am blown away and this is my new favorite place!!Parking: 15+Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff and familiar faces.

Someone stole my sandwich !( JK it was me, I inhaled it ?‍? )I'm a bit of a tea snob & am happy to say the tea was great today. Special shout-out to the sandwich artisan for toasting it like I wanted. Crispy but not crunchy, loved it ?Side note : store was busy with a lunch rush but everyone was acting nice & the store was looking clean
