How has this location remained open? Horrible employees who want nothing better for themselves. The rudeness, the unprofessionalism, the lack of integrity— it’s acceptable because the establishment is run down in country ole Mcleansville. Don’t spend a dime here.

The Person taking my order at 2:30pm on 03/01 had the worst attitude. Huffing and puffing constantly interrupting me. It was like he was upset that I was ordering food. Simple order nothing extra. It was very unprofessional. And then food was missing out the bag.

We arrived at this location at 9pm and they wouldn’t allow us in even though online it said closes at 10pm and on the door it said 10pm. We had 7 of us but they had 4 employees sitting around doing nothing and on their phones. Don’t recommend this location!

Ordered 2 subs- both were totally wrong- wrong bread- bread not toasted on one- bacon not on other sandwich which was supposed to have bacon- one sandwich did not have any cheese although it was supposed to be made with double cheese - hardly any steak on the steak sub.Called the restaurant- spoke to the manager who said the only thing they would do would be replace the sandwiches if they were brought in with the receipt. Explained that it was already past dinner time and it would involve another 30 minute round trip. The manager could have cared less. Was outright rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. Not the first time I've had poor service from this location but it will be the last. I won't be returning.

When I got my food home, they left off a lot of toppings. Wasn't happy about buying 2 subs for $40 and they were just bread pretty much. I called and told the manager what I found. He was frustrated but polite and said they would remake them. I arrived and the lady that made the apologized very nicely. I told them they could just fix my subs, no need to remake and waste food. They did an excellent job of making it right. We all make mistakes, it's how we correct them that matters. I have no problem returning.

Someone stole my sandwich !( JK it was me, I inhaled it ?‍? )I'm a bit of a tea snob & am happy to say the tea was great today. Special shout-out to the sandwich artisan for toasting it like I wanted. Crispy but not crunchy, loved it ?Side note : store was busy with a lunch rush but everyone was acting nice & the store was looking clean

This subway is horrible DO NOT EAT HERE! The store manager Dewayne does not care about his job or the store his customer service stinks had a Attitude with me after letting him know what happened with one of his employees she just threw my sandwich together and did not care at all, was going to serve me a sandwhich originally with it sloppy and unwrapped and just gave up right in front of me you would think that they were joking he did not say sorry and even ignored me when I asked questions gave no response and even gave me attitude this subway needs new management ASAP!
