What the fawk is this. I placed a mobile order tonight, usually I prefer to order in person and have never had issues with this store during the daytime but tonight I was in a rush so had to order online for pick up. First off, the night time customer service is trash; no one greets you when you walk in, and most of the time they are mean mugging the entire interaction and very dry. One of the sandwich 'artists' finished sweeping the floor, which was filthy, and immediately donned a pair of gloves and began making subs, no washing his hands at all. If I hadn't ordered on the app, I would have left. And it was still 10 minutes past the time it was to be ready. And they were not busy at all.

I went to this location a little bit after lunch. It was a little bit of a wait but, that was ok. I'm not sure of the young man's name but, he was in the store by himself and he was doing a great job. I ordered my Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and it tasted great. I will be back in the future.
