“Only got my order messed up one time in 7 years and it was a big order $ 110 worth of pizza we also got salads and dipping sauce and bread knots multiple desserts the food was still very good but it was a big mess most people would not have eating it because of how bad it all looked but the very next day they replaced the entire with no charge and it was perfect and I have never had any other issues mostly came on time only a few times it arrived 10 to 20 minutes sooner than expected Great group hard working to be able to not mess up but one time and i believe I was a good reson for the messy food they take pride in their jobs“
“The gluten free pizza crust is awesome: thanks for making pizza an option again. I can’t believe that it actually tasted better than the regular crust. It’s fantabulous, crispy, tasty, and awesome. I wish they’d make it little bigger but $7-8 for a freshly made, delicious, crispy gluten-free crust is worth the small size. But I’d pay $10-12 for a small to medium (hint, hint) pizza. Whether you pick up or get it delivered the crust and pizza are great.FuI: It’s a thin crust & it can get a little burned because the oven is pre-heated for thicker pizzas. But they’ll remake it at pick up, show them & ask before leaving. For delivery: it’s better. Most drivers are great & wait until I check order before leaving. I like to think it’s not only for the cash tip, but to make sure the food is great ;o) More often than not, the driver makes sure my order is good before he leaves, if not, they call the shop—not me, and a new pizza is on the way (free, minus delivery fee. The drivers don’t get that fee—just your tip)“
“I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza from my Dominos up on Church Street. The team they have now is incredible! I ordered on Saturday and the toppings were very generous. I ordered extra onions and I could tell I got what I paid for. I also ordered cinnamon twists with an extra icing. They remembered. It came quicker than anticipated and was screaming hot right out of the oven. The driver--A DOMINOS EMPLOYEE! WAS NICE. SMILED AND SAID THANK YOU. We order out a lot from different places. Cheaper when alone. It was refreshing to have great quality and enjoy dependable, respectful service. I hope all the dominos are like mine. GREAT JOB TEAM!!“

“This dominos is really great. I only have one complaint. I have lived on huffine mill for 15 years and have always got deliveries if I call it in. I can't order through the app and use my points because it doesn't recognize that they deliver here, and now when I call in, it takes forever because of these new call centers they've set up. When I finally do get through, the call center tells me they can't deliver, and then I have to wait to speak to the store. All in all, I have no issues with the actual store, it's the app and call center.“
“I went here yesterday to do a carryout and the app showed that my order was ready. When I walked in I was told it would be 8 minutes. So I went to the gas station and came back as soon as I pulled out the female who was working brought my oder to the door of the car she either had pink or green hair. I can't say how much i appreciated her doing that for me. I'm unsure of what her name is but yesterday she provided me with great customer service that she should be applauled for.“

“Placed a carry out order today. This location was extremely busy. 11 people standing inside waiting on pizza. The phone was ringing off the hook. Three employees making pizzas, one answering the phone, and drivers coming in and out. Thankfully everyone was patient and polite. Staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances.This is a very busy time of year, and it’s hard finding staff these days. Remember, no one is perfect, we ALL make mistakes, especially when rushed. Practice patience.So when they said my pizza had accidentally fallen in the trash & had to make me a new one, I just smiled and said that’s OK. It was only a few more minutes and well worth the wait, as the person I bought it for loved it.“
“Very impressed with this store! Husband and I were in the area delivering and wanted a hot meal. We ordered online, left notes on our location in the semi truck. They were very fast, and the food was piping hot! Best damn pizza I've had from dominos the quality was perfect. Delivery was smooth, quick and he pulled right up to our truck, and was friendly. We'll definitely be using this store again whenever were back in greensboro craving a pie.“

“It's Domino's. Nothing special however this location is different. Our pizza is always here hot and fast. I joke that they are still trying to meet that 30 minute policy from the 80s. This store is amazing. That's why we always order from Domino's!“
