“It wasn’t my expectation. Duck donuts are tasty horrible, expensive and donuts fall apart when i grab it and quality doesn’t look good and too sweet, the donuts shape looks bad! I won’t come back and won’t suggest friend to go there anymore! But service was good, donuts quality needs to improve!“
“Visited donut world as we explore some different options for our wedding dessert table....after all, who doesn't love donuts? We got there later in the day, so missed the prime selection of donuts but still got some great flavors. They even have a few different styles, some are more cakey while others are more traditional airy donut. The woman behind the counter was friendly and quick to answer all the of our questions. The pricing I thought was extremely reasonable, only $1/donut when you buy by the dozen, much better than some of the local competitor. I think this is a definite possibility for our wedding, the question will just be, what flavors to get“
“I'm glad this place is here. I went to the battleground location, and the service wasn't even close to the level of the Gate City location. Battleground only had the drive thru open and didn't really act like they wanted my business. So I drove to the other side of town to the amazing staff at the Gate city location. They were happy to prepare my large order, and the dining room was open, clean, and welcoming. Then, after my order was complete, they helped me walk it out to my car. I live closer to Battleground, but I'll Def take the time to drive to Gate City from now on.“
“This is a great place! The donuts are extremely tasty, and the staff is second to none. These are some of the friendliest, most kind-hearted people you will come across. I can not recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and stop in, say hello, and try some world class donuts. Seriously.Kid-friendliness: My youngest son loves to select the donuts, and everyone is very patient while he makes these choices. They also have filled donuts with cream for him. He gives it two thumbs up every time.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a cutout. in the curb to get up on the sidewalk“
