I'm glad this place is here. I went to the battleground location, and the service wasn't even close to the level of the Gate City location. Battleground only had the drive thru open and didn't really act like they wanted my business. So I drove to the other side of town to the amazing staff at the Gate city location. Went to get a mixed dozen donuts at the drive through. The volume of the remote order speaker was so low or the person at the drive through taking the order was so soft spoken that after 3 trys I still couldnt hear her so i had to pull up to the drive thru window to place my order. The cashier WAS a bit soft spoken so it could have been a combination of factors. I did get my order in a quick fashion & the donuts were delicious. As far as atmosphere...it's a donuts shop.

If you don't get a warm feeling when you see the Hot 'N' Ready sign on, you are missing out on a culinary pleasure (and you deserve to treat yourself more). This is how doughnuts are meant to be made....warm, doughy concoctions with a sugar-coated glaze that melts in your mouth.
