First time eating something off menu besides donuts. The Avocado and Roasted Tomato toast was so good. I wanted to turn around and order another one.
Avocado and Roasted tomato toast with everything bagel seasoning was amazing. Ordered at S. Holden Rd location.
For as long as I’ve been coming here, the service has never been as immaculate as it is now with Melissa. She’s fast, attentive, and always kind. She greets me by my name when I come up to the window and has my coffee ready to go. Thank you Melissa!!

Dunkin' has improved significantly, with a new manager who prioritizes customer service. The atmosphere is now more welcoming, and staff are attentive and efficient. Customers appreciate the nostalgic coffee, whether hot or cold, and many enjoy the blueberry cake donuts and Vanilla cream. Munchkins and iced coffee are favorites that complete their day. Most customers find the workers friendly and always smiling, making it a pleasant place to visit. However, some customers have reported slow service and difficulty contacting the manager, indicating there's still room for improvement. Despite these challenges, Dunkin' seems to be on the right track, making it a decent spot to grab a bite or meet with friends.
