The new manager at this Dunkin’ Donuts really sucks. I hate that they put her hair. She has no compassion. She does not care for people and she has a nasty attitude. Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts she says something different one time I came to the Dunkin’ Donuts I didn’t stop at the drive-through, I went straight up to the window because I placed my order for pick up. She says that I have to stop at the window and let them know that I am here so they can start to make my order now I stop at the window today and let them know that I was here. They said OK it took a while to get to the front at least 20 minutes and this is how my drink look so I asked her why did it look like that and I just stopped at the window she said they start making it as soon as I placed the order so that’s kind of contradicting what she originally told me there is no order I do not like her I see a lot of the people that have been there have quit and are no longer working there and I can see why please change Management because this lady is making this workplace stressful. There are all new faces there which lets me know that the team that has been there must have quit that’s how long I have been going to the same Dunkin’ Donuts for at least a year now and this new manager is the worst , if I could give this zero stars I would because of her

The absolute WORST Dunkin in Greensboro. They never have all of the different items to complete my order. ( Imagine a donut shop running out of donuts at 2pm.) Driving to this restaurant with the hopes of leaving satisfied is a very big risk. And on top of that you would think the staff consists of unsupervised children running around a daycare. With these habits it’s apparent that this store isn’t being managed properly. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I converted my points over for a large cold brew with the sweet cream foam on top. I asked for light ice, and I was given a large cup with no ice. The woman at the drive thru refused to fix it, so I told her to get the manager. Thankfully it was a Sista lol, she understood the assignment…still doesn’t make since why she thought I was going to be ok with that (photo)

Drive thru card machine was down. Went inside and while we were waiting to order the workers were speaking loudly about how they can’t wait to quit. Store was extremely dirty. The younger girl who ran the front was consistently dropping items on the floor. After we ordered 2 large Caramel craze lattes we waited 20 minutes and the girl who took our order asked us what we ordered and what size. (There was only one other customer inside who arrived 5 minutes after we did.) 10 minutes later we got our drinks. One tasted like milk and caramel, the other tasted like sour coffee. We didn’t bother to have them remade because clearly the two girls working did not want to be there and we didn’t want to trouble them. Next time we will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the other location.

I drove up an hour before closing, and nobody would answer at the speaker. I drove to the window to order, and they had no drinks available. No coffee, no tea, absolutely no drinks.

Most definitely the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. Iced Latte and cappuccino were very weak and hardly had any flavor. Two donuts seemed like they were at least a day old. We were the only customers in the store and it took over 13 minutes to make our coffees. The store was also in terrible shape. Obviously, the owner of this location has zero pride. I also noticed the three cars in the drive thru averaged over 8 minutes wait each. Will never visit this location again.

Dunkin can be a hit or miss depending on where you go, granted this one is a a HUGE miss! Multiple failures, so many times have come out of building its pitiful. Ordered a caramel craze today and it’s was like ice water with whipped cream, no love at all on a Sunday >.> My dogs water bowl would have been better. I’ll save my money for the Thorndike location, at least they stay consistent and delicious and know how to read a ticket instead of staring into unknown space…disappointing!

Tell it ALL

At first this place was the worst but now it's a lot better. The vibes are better, and that new manager is pretty sweet. She doesn't like it if you're waiting she'll ask you really quickly if you have been helped or what you are waiting on, and once this happens, know your order is coming immediately!! Mrs. Dymond is a force to be reckon with but in the best way. This store is definitely turning around!!!

Bad experience every time I go here. I ordered a large hot caramel latte and it’s never even close to having a full cup . For $7.45 you would think I can get the complete large latte that I pay for. When you say something about it the attitude you get in return is horrible!! Picture added with not even a sip taken from this drink. Very disappointing!
