“I visit the same Popeyes often. I ordered online and when I got there I was told there was no white meat. At this point it’s only 9 pm. I told the employee I’d wait for the white meat. I paid for it, I was told they weren’t going to cook anymore chicken. I didn’t get my food and as of today I haven’t received my refund. It’s been 2 months. I’m tired of employees making things harder bc they had a bad day.“

The chicken was crispy and well seasoned, and everything tasted like it was made fresh. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving even during busy moments. “I'm from a part of Minnesota where there is no Popeyes back home , I was so excited to finally eat here our flight just landed and we are exhausted and hungry so we came here and let me just tell you I am not disappointed on any level the food is delicious the chicken was sliced to perfection and I can go on and on about how good the food is but I want to talk about mgr13949 as it appears on our recipe it didn't list your name I apologize for the informality but I want to say thank you for such a pleasant experience! Thank you for being calm and patient with us deciding what we wanted to say , I really appreciate you explaining the sauces you offer instead of making me feel silly for not knowing and when I asked if we could come in to exchange our drinks cause the dr tasted flat thank you for taking it apon yourself to do it for us even though you were busy doing five other things . Your customer service was amazing and we only had a first time coming here great experience because of you .“
