“Normally I don’t come inside to eat . Yesterday I did after an event I attended with my family . When I say my order was complete by the time I received my receipt.. A1 service and the lobby was full ! We enjoyed our food and the employees that assisted me made sure we were taken care of .“
“Good food!! Always hot.I understand everyone is not the same. But please, please make sure the person taking orders....whether in-store or drive -thru has a great personality and patience for people. My drive-thru experience was rushed and with a terrible attitude. Just because this is in a predominantly african american community, doesn't mean the service has to be ghetto!! Please!! This was during late lunch hours. The manager took our payment for food and made sure we had everything and was very kind. Thank you manager!!Next Trip: We did return to store and this time our service was great!!? Good service brings forth a more profitable business.Thanks! “The food here was fresh. The service unfortunately was trash. The lines in the drive through was slow, and I had to drive around to other side of the restaurant. After arriving, that was another 10-15 min still waiting! So much for fast food!! I drive off took a sip of my sweet tea..yuk unsweetened!“
“This Location is litt! They got my order quick, correct, fresh, and politely. The young lady that took my order in drive thru gave "chick-fil-a" customer service.Other locations have rude associates, slow, out of everything, order is wrong, and quality of food is subpar.“
