Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Greensboro

“The service was exceptional from Chrishon. The food was hot and fresh around closing time to be on a weekday. The macaroni and cheese was sooooo good and tasted like homemade. I never tasted the food like that and that delicious from that restaurant, EVER!!! He served me and my best friend great!! Customer service was so good, I had to call and get his name and asked to give a review. Thank you u Chrishon and hopefully I’ll end up there when you’re there serving again. ☺☺“

“Today we stopped in a Popeyes in Greensboro on our way to the new Rual King. I hadn't eaten at a Popeyes in at least 10 years. There just isn't one convenient to my home. Anyway, we walk in and immediately I am dumb struck by how clean this place is. Like a brand new restaurant kinda clean. The girl behind the counter took our order quickly and very efficiently. No touch screen BS. A real person spoke English to me. Looked me in the eye,no phone in their hand ,nuthin! Like I stepped back in time 10 years. It was Awesome! The order was gathered hot and fresh. Everything was correct! Holy cow! Then we got to taste it. I got the combo Chicken bites and shrimp. Sweet Mamma! This was not fast food good. This was sit down for a real meal kinda good! The chicken was juicy and delicious. Not hot lamp ok. De -Lish-Ous!! The shrimp were perfect! I could've ate 2 lbs of them. After covid we have gotten so used to mediocre fast food as the norm. I can't tell you how surprised and impressed we were by the whole dining experience
If this place was in Asheboro, it would put every other chicken place outta business In a month! I have never given a restaurant a perfect score in my life ,til now. If Restaurants can rate a 10, Popeyes just earned it. Along with a returning customer for sure. GREAT JOB POPEYES!“

“This was the first time I had ever been here. In fact, the first time I had ever been to a Popeyes. My granddaughter wanted a chicken sandwich and she wanted Popeyes - I didn't know whether to get Classic or Spicy. Chrishawn, the Asst Manager, was so welcoming, and he was so nice advising me on what he thought a 15-year-old girl would like and offered to put the spicy sauce in a separate cup. The restaurant was so clean inside. I took my granddaughter her sandwich, and she wolfed down that sandwich!! And I enjoyed mine as well, and the macaroni and cheese too!!! I would not hesitate to visit this restaurant. Keep up the good work and culture!!!“
