“We go get dinner and sit on the porch, enjoying the world flowing by. The food is standard Sonic fare, cheeseburgers, tots, chili cheese fries, the slushes are really good. Download the app and place an order during happy hour, and you get half price on the Rte 44 sized drink. It is nice, it is older, and has a great deal of traffic in and out due to the location near UNCG. Great atmosphere, people having fun, having dinner, hanging out - just a great summer atmosphere, as close to the beach atmosphere as you can get this far inland.“
“This SONIC was amazing! (sorry for the long post) Not only was it open on thanksgiving day but the food and service was PHENOMENAL! everything was fresh hot and exactly as ordered! The wait time was less than what I’ve experience in other restaurants on a normal regular day! We ventured out on Thanksgiving day looking for something other than the traditional holiday food! We were greeted with a pleasant and welcoming employee! He was patient with us and unbothered by our indecisiveness. He was very courteous! After taking our order, he politely said it may take a min because I’m the only ONE!! here. We were unmoved! The wait wasn’t long. It was a pleasant experience! Bravo to the lone employee on Thanksgiving. You should be given the salaries of everyone who didn’t show up! You did an outstanding job! I’ll always drive across town to visit this Sonic! “Not to happy about the service because there was no hot dogs mention on the kids menu but I was told later I could get it. No mustard or ketsup offered or in the bag nor was there any napkins any where. And I didn't notice until I had pulled off.Hot dogs and no napkins and children, not a good mix“
