“This was my first time visiting this Chipotle location, and I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire team was professional, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit.
I live on the other side of town, but I can confidently say I will be making the drive to this location from now on. In my experience, many of the other Chipotle locations in Greensboro have been disappointing, but this one completely changed my perspective. This is by far the best Chipotle I’ve visited, and it has me excited to start eating Chipotle regularly again.
A special shoutout to Manager Alvaro and team member Sky - Gwendolyn. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient while helping me. Great customer service is hard to find, and they made my experience exceptional. I will absolutely be coming back specifically because of them.

“I want to rave about my awesome awesome visit today 😎. My experience here was a 1000 on a scale of one to ten. Isabella, the cashier, went above and beyond the call of duty by going the extra step to make sure I am a happy happy customer. She helped me with my rewards and working the application. She saw my bowl 🥣 of double protein was not fully full because of the rush and long line, and she took it personally off my tray and filled it to the top. I remembered her from past visits and saw how she is the girl who just wants to help and make customers have an extraordinary chipotle experience. I have choices, like everyone else, but always come here because the service is great, thanks to Isabella and others like her, where it is always clean, and they fill your bowl, always with a smile. Other chipotle in the area are nothing like this one. I wish they would make Isabella a manager because she leads by example and is always on top of her game“
“Responding to the @Nuria Rodriguez lady because I was there. The worker was not rude. She told you that the order wasn't going to be ready for a bit and asked if u would like to wait for it and you made the decision not to. You're just impatient.“
“Went to this one 2x in 1 week no ice in the machine paid almost $7 for two drinks only to find out no ice. When manager saw how upset I was didn't offer refund or apology waist of my money. No customer service no one seemed happy to be at work no greeting or anything. The manager sets the tone for working environment and neither time did he give good vibes. Food was fresh and amazing and that's the only reason I didn't just leave out the store. It was only about 2 tables cleaned thru out the whole establishment“
“The first Chipotle we went to we walk almost immediately out because the young lady behind the counter was not to inviting and the food looked a mess. When we all the way across town...I think it was near or on Gate Blvd in Greensboro. They were more inviting and the lady fixing i dinner was top tier. She was patient when I was a little indecisive and very accommodating. I wish I knew her name. Thank you to both ladies working..you both were great.🥰“
“I may be the only 5 star review for this establishment but let me tell you this. I just had the best chipotle bowl of my entire life here. Typically I’ll leave a bad review if a place sucks and that only, but the bowl I’m CURRENTLY having is so fire I just had to drop a review. I asked for extra rice, guess what they gave me EXTRA RICE. I asked for sour cream on the side and guess what they gave me SOUR CREAM ON THE SIDE. If I was eating this in the car I would have turned right back around, walked inside and dapped up EVERY single worker in there. Whoever was working on June 2nd, 2026 THANK YOU yall knew I needed this chipotle to be good so bad. Everything was warm even when I got home. Everything was seasoned perfectly. And guess what on top of that THIS WAS MY FREE ENTREE REWARD!!! I’m still eating writing this review. Stop overhating on this location they do a good job, my stuffs always ready when I pull up in that drive thru keep up the good work I’ll be back every other day“
“This place is so good. Always fresh and hot food with friendly and helpful staff. The dining room is the only drawback. There is always a queue of at least 5 to 6 people and it seems like it wraps around and through the dining area so there is always someone on top of you watching you eat.“
