Yes, there’s been some times where they were out of things during rush hours and problems with the drink machines, etc., but I love going here and usually have a great experience.
In comparison to the other Chipotles in Winston and other areas, this one has been one of my favorites! 😋“
“We placed a catering order and then needed to cancel this order. This store was not helpful with assisting in how to go about canceling the order or getting management to step in to help. So we proceeded with the order and when it was time for pick up we still had to wait for the catering order to be prepared. There needs to be a better system in place for these situations.“
“I went in today for the Friday the 13th bogo special and had a great experience. I have worked in food service and recognize making every single order DOUBLED can be a lot! The staff handled it with grace, and the managers were encouraging them along the way. Awesome job all around.“
