We placed a catering order and then needed to cancel this order. This store was not helpful with assisting in how to go about canceling the order or getting management to step in to help. So we proceeded with the order and when it was time for pick up we still had to wait for the catering order to be prepared. There needs to be a better system in place for these situations.
I would give it negative stars.There's not a single manager in the store at any point during it's operations. Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs.
The employees who work here are rude, and high off their minds. The person who opened the drive thru window was obviously on a substance , they didn’t put any cutlery in the bag, there was a piece of avocado peel in my bowl. And when my daughter went inside to get the cutlery the employees would not help her they were rude and ignored her I don’t know if the people working there are racist or not for treating us so poorly. Outrageous.

For example, during busy times, waiting up to 15 minutes to order may be expected, but it can be tiring on a weekday. Despite this, many enjoy the convenience of the location and the good food. Overall, it remains a place where customers can enjoy a meal and feel appreciated.
