Like many others I will not visit this establishment again. Having a Chipotle about 10 minutes closer seemed like a godsend but I would rather not eat Chipotle than visit this location again. I will GLADLY drive further to have a 10x better experience. Every time you visit this place looks gross, the workers don’t care, they never have lettuce for the salad and seems 1/2 the time they are out of steak or it’s burnt, etc. They try to serve you the scrapings of veggies that are stuck to the side of an otherwise empty container. They really need to bring in someone from another store to show them how to run a Chipotle. A well run Chipotle is a nice experience. This…just awful. You’d think these terrible reviews on this site are just people complaining about nothing, but when you experience it first hand, it is quite shocking and sad.

I went in to get a bowl and while getting my bowl the girl who took my order said there was no black beans with an attitude, when my bowl got slid down I asked Diego If he could see if there was any black beans, it was just a preference and I couldn’t see chipotle being completely out of black beans. He took two seconds willingly and got me black beans without an attitude. I definitely appreciate his attitude and work ethic!

This place has gone so downhill. I placed an online order for three burrito bowls and waited 45 minutes past the time it said my order would be ready. When I finally get my order, two of the bowls had stuff missing and the other bowl was someone else’s. I’ll be going to the Hanes Mall location from now on.

Restaurant is dirty, I have been five times and three of the times my order is either made entirely wrong or missing at least one thing, and I have had to wait up to fourty minutes for an online order. This location could not me more poorly managed. Employees are either missing or ignoring customers, the food is either half wilted or brunt, and I’ve never seen someone who even attempts to get things back on track. I used to be an avid Chipotle lover but this location and the fact it has been so bad for so long has turned me entirely off the brand. I’ll never go back.

Because of my name, I hate leaving terrible reviews but unfortunately my experience here wasn’t a great one. I placed an online catering order and received a confirmation. When we went to pick up the order, they had no record of it and were pretty snippy and frustrated. We received our catering order 30 minutes later than what we needed. When we unpack the food, we find that the protein provided was minuscule & not enough for the number of people we had ordered it for. So, I went back, and the managers were pretty condescending and said they couldn’t do anything. 30 minutes late, not enough food for what we ordered, and pretty rude/frustrated/annoyed staff. It’s unfortunate but was the reality of our experience.

The food that wasn’t missing was poor. After waiting for 45 minutes past the time it said the food was ready, the food was served by extremely rude workers. This restaurant has failed to merely meet mediocrity and I would recommend to anyone to avoid it. This place deserves to be shut down. THANKFULLY, in order to make up for the fact that I wasted $60 on this inedible excuse for food, I was able to get 3 free chips and guacamoles! Thanks Chipotle! I can use these coupons the next time I feel like not receiving the food I ordered!

I’ve been sitting in this drive thru forever. Not one car has moved there are two cars in front of me and two behind me. My pick up order was for 5:30, it’s 5:50pm. I’ve been here since 5:25

Absolutely the worst experience at Chipotle ever. They need serious help. I ordered ahead online only to arrive at the noted time to my order not being ready. As others have noted there was no one working the drive thru. When someone finally came in, she informs me they have no guacamole and it will be 45 mins to get some! How do you not have a main food staple prepared. I tried to get a refund and they told me to contact corporate as they couldn’t refund the cost since it was the app. So frustrating. I tried to get the rest of my food and the lady didn’t want to give to me since I was getting a refund. I had to argue that my refund was for guac not the whole meal and I needed the rest of my food. She tried to throw it all in the trash! When I finally got my food, both orders were made incorrectly with missing items, and the food was cold, and the chips were stale! Overall so disappointing. Their customer service is also disappointing. The app chat bot isn’t helpful and doesn’t get you to a real person to help. When you call the 1-800 number they offer no care, recourse or service recovery other than a refund. I don’t really know why anyone would go here

I had 2 pickup orders on this visit. I was highly disappointed becaused they served me under cooked rice. It was pratically raw. They use to be a real option for me as a go to spot, but now not so. I felt like I just wasted my money. I ordered through the app and picjed up in the drive thru line.

I’m not one to leave a negative review but I feel multiple bad experiences plus a terrible experience from yesterday at this establishment warrants one. Knowing this place is slow (basing on my last five online orders) I showed up 5 minutes late thinking I’d be able to get my food quickly. Boy, was I wrong. I arrived and cars are 10 deep in the drive. I go in and the line for the in-store orders is to the door. The line for pickup inside is at this point already 6 or 7 deep. As I’m standing there waiting there’s employees on the line watching videos/music on their phone, but otherwise, they’re busy. There’s a gentleman at the register moving back and forth between the register (as he waits for complete orders) and talking to his friends working on the drive thru line. Two mangers are in the kitchen cooking (as it appears proteins are not ready, so they’re trying to keep the ball rolling). The reality of all this is either mismanagement or misallocations of resources. I counted over 45 folks (I lost count/started not to care) who received their in store order before I received my PREPAID, overdue order. Essentially those in store were being served far faster. I could’ve ordered in store probably 6 or 7 times over yesterday instead of waiting for the online order. I finally received my order 44 minutes after my pickup time. I watched 2-3 leave who had already paid and couldn’t afford to wait any longer. One lady brought in her other food and ate while waiting to pickup. When one lady confronted the management (in a fairly calm manner). One of the managers stormed off after saying “don’t get loud with me” and “do you want to work here”… the other manager handled the situation better, but didn’t really acknowledge at this point, the 15 overdue patrons issues. He essentially said he needed to keep cooking to catch them up… I’m sorry sir, but cooking the protein clearly isn’t the only problem here. Something has to change. I’m a loyal Chipotle customer but my orders are going to Hanes Mall moving forward. I hope this location can get its act together as it’s convenient location wise, but lacks in every other metric.
