I never leave reviews but I’m giving a one because as soon as you walk in the team members are so passive aggressive. You can tell it’s a toxic environment. I don’t blame them for that though and I’m sure they could be paid better especially with how busy it gets. You can tell they are overwhelmed. Chipotle used to be my go-to for a quick, fresh burrito bowl. Lately, though, I've noticed a dip in quality. The portions seem smaller, the ingredients not as vibrant. It feels like they're cutting corners a bit.Don't get me wrong, Chipotle is still a decent option. The food is mostly tasty, and I appreciate their commitment to customizable orders. I ordered a bowl without corn salsa because I’m allergic to corn. When it arrived there was corn mixed throughout the entire bowl. There were also random pieces of lettuce - like someone had started a bowl, realized they had made a mistake, and kept going. I had to pick the pieces out.
