The ice cream is great, especially the apple pie one! However, the customer service and the employees working there seem annoyed for having to do their jobs, Please find some happy people that want to work and have great customer service skills. I would be more than happy to tip if this was the case. Would have given five stars, but due to the employees behavior and attitude, I am going to give it three stars.
It was okay. For a hot day it was only 3 employees and twice the customers. My daughter asked for a waffle bowl, was given a waffle cone, didnt matter they were not fresh. 4 stars for the ice cream and the 1 employee that was friendlier than the others trying to get the customers served.
First time at cold stone creamery. And the last. I couldn't get a scoop of ice cream. The girl couldn't understand the concept. She said I had to pick a size bowl. No regular cones either. Just large waffle cones and bowls. Sorry... not a fan.
