I placed an order online yesterday for two different burrito bowls and got a mess of a meal. The food did not even come close to what I ordered for me and my mother. This is the second time this has happened to me ordering online from this location.

I ordered a bowl without corn salsa because I’m allergic to corn. When it arrived there was corn mixed throughout the entire bowl. There were also random pieces of lettuce - like someone had started a bowl, realized they had made a mistake, and kept going. I had to pick the pieces out.

I never leave reviews but I’m giving a one because as soon as you walk in the team members are so passive aggressive. You can tell it’s a toxic environment. I don’t blame them for that though and I’m sure they could be paid better especially with how busy it gets. You can tell they are overwhelmed. I asked nicely for steak and the server just scrapped the end of the tub which was barely anything. Asked her if they’d be making more steak and she just ignored me. Asked for chicken on top of it and the server just slammed it into the bowl like I was a nuisance for asking lmao. I mean I just want what I’m paying for you know? I wasn’t rude about it any way. I would avoid and go to another location.

Chipotle used to be my go-to for a quick, fresh burrito bowl. Lately, though, I've noticed a dip in quality. The portions seem smaller, the ingredients not as vibrant. It feels like they're cutting corners a bit.Don't get me wrong, Chipotle is still a decent option. The food is mostly tasty, and I appreciate their commitment to customizable orders. And hey, they've got that speedy assembly line down pat – you won't be waiting long for your meal.But, the magic isn't quite there anymore. Chipotle used to feel like a step above typical fast food. Now, it's closer to simply being on par. It's a solid "okay" rather than a resounding "great!".

No stars actually !!!Lots of flies around the prep area and menu board. It was dinner time and they were out of many items. What food was available looked very old. Many people walked out myself and friend included !!

Great food and love the drive through addition to this location.. I ordered food and was super ugly to the staff after I got home and had no sauce that I paid for. Went back and the manager gave me another one. as it turns out, she did not forget the sauce but she handled it with such grace I had to leave a review to let her know how awesome she was.Vegetarian options: Everything is so fresh

Tabels were dirty and needed cleaned. Customer service was lacking. Food tasted like it hadn't been cooked either cold or not cooked all the way. An example was the rice. Food was difficult to eat due to it being undercooked. I wish they had breakfast burritos.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of ways to help make sure they can accommodate for vegetarians

Tables are filthy. Not cleaned. Waited 10 minutes at the cashier to pay for the food. If they are busy in the back, they maybe the need to hire more people.
