“This was my first time eating here since I've been back in Charlotte. I left in 2018. It's 2026, June now. Same as before I left, the drink area stays untidy. I NEVER buy a fountain drink because I do not just that area. I get me a glass bottle from behind the counter and let her pop the top. The tables could be cleaned more often considering there was no one in there.“

She greets you with a genuine smile every single time and makes you feel like a valued customer, not just another order. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and Keana is the heart of it all. Thanks for the years of great service!“
“I am just leaving this chipotle and I wanted it to be known that this is one of the cleanest in town. Normally going in a chipotle it’s like going into a bad kitchen experience. Nothing‘s wiped down the food coming all out of the containers corn in the queso. They are very fair with their portions. Thank you joining the neighborhood.“
“I love Chipotle and all the fresh options they offer, especially the option for tofu as the protein. My only disappointment was that the tables were very dirty and not cleaned. They were busy, but not that busy. I went to eat outside, but the yellow jackets started swarming. I ended up eating in my car because it was not very clean in the dining area.“
“Wife and I made an online order a little early today. Order was set for pick-up 10:50 am (5 mins after they open). Order was ready on time, food was exactly as ordered (looked great!) and tasted as awesome as it looked! Honestly, can’t ask for anything better than that!
Food and service get 5 ⭐’s from us! I can’t make an opinion on the atmosphere but we’ll be back soon enough to have a follow-up review on that so, 4 ⭐’s for now on that part.

“Working out of town and I came to this location because it had better reviews. They were fully stocked employ working. The line was calling out items half stock quarter stock. I even heard an employee back in the back of house replying with “heard“. I wish all chipotle was like this. I routinely stop at chipotle getting off late from work. This was a great experience.“
“I’ve visited this chipotle location numerous times since it opened both during the day and in the evening and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve been greeted with great customer service, the food is flavorful and cannot complain about the portions. I’ve visited chipotle restaurants all over the country (work trips) and this one has quickly become my favorite. Keep up the good work guys!!“
“The reviews of this restaurant does it no justice The store every time I walk in is high in energy, most warm, welcoming people in the food and the history that I have met in years location doesn’t even compare to the location on connection point since new management took over the store has improved so much from cleanliness service accuracy cant ask for it to be any better“
“My brother and go here after classes, and each time we receive a filling tasty meal. The service has been quick and friendly for in person ordering. The dining area has been a little unclean at times, but the rest of the atmosphere and food still keeps this at 5 stars.“
“I wanted to recognize Quay for consistently providing excellent customer service. This location gets extremely busy, but Quay always stays positive, treats customers with respect, and makes sure people waiting on mobile orders are acknowledged and taken care of. It’s clear Quay works hard and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Employees like Quay make a big difference and deserve recognition.“
“I've always had a pretty great experience at this Chiptole location! The team has always been incredibly helpful and friendly and during one of the busiest 'events' of the season, which was the back to school BOGO event, everyone was astoundingly professional, kind and helpful the entire time. The staff worked well together to make sure that the customers were satisfied every step of the way, even when we had to wait on extra ingredients to be prepared. This location is definitely one if my favorites. It's always clean, alway friendly and the food is always good!!“

I shouldn’t have to bit through 4 layers of tortilla inside the wrap. Then be left at the end with a giant pocket of only cheese.

“I’m genuinely impressed by the improvement in the quality of the food. I’ve noticed that there is now more Latino staff working in the kitchen, and you can really tell the difference.
The rice is no longer undercooked, the meat is cooked properly without being burnt, and overall, everything tastes much better and feels more carefully prepared. The improvement has been incredible, and I truly want to congratulate the entire team for the effort and hard work they’re putting in.

“I frequent this Chipotle often, and it’s consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and noticeably better than most other locations I’ve been to. It’s easily my favorite Chipotle. Occasionally, later in the evening, they may run short on a few items, but that’s understandable and hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, a great spot with solid service and great quality.“

“Loved it! The wonderful woman who made our orders was friendly and also made sure to follow regulations when we told her one of us had an allergy. She took the time to go get a fresh batch of guacamole that wasn’t cross contaminated. You don’t always see this kind of care just anywhere so this was much appreciated! She’s an angel!“

“I've been eating at this one for one5 years since it opened. Always good, always clean yesterday. I went to park road. I just flew into the country, walked in at 7 o'clock. The place was filthy. The food looked nasty, I got up and left. I went there again today. It was exactly the same, but worse. I have pictures Sending them to corporate though, so I got my car and drove 5 miles to that.The one I enjoy every time and it was great“
“I just want to acknowledge the staff here. Yesterday around one I came in to get a bowl and every single staff member I encountered from the beginning of the line to the register was so pleasant and in uplifting moods. It was so refreshing. Not to mention my bowl was so good and ingredients were fresh.“
