“I just want to acknowledge the staff here. Yesterday around one I came in to get a bowl and every single staff member I encountered from the beginning of the line to the register was so pleasant and in uplifting moods. It was so refreshing. Not to mention my bowl was so good and ingredients were fresh.“
“Wife and I made an online order a little early today. Order was set for pick-up 10:50 am (5 mins after they open). Order was ready on time, food was exactly as ordered (looked great!) and tasted as awesome as it looked! Honestly, can’t ask for anything better than that!
Food and service get 5 ⭐’s from us! I can’t make an opinion on the atmosphere but we’ll be back soon enough to have a follow-up review on that so, 4 ⭐’s for now on that part.

“Working out of town and I came to this location because it had better reviews. They were fully stocked employ working. The line was calling out items half stock quarter stock. I even heard an employee back in the back of house replying with “heard“. I wish all chipotle was like this. I routinely stop at chipotle getting off late from work. This was a great experience.“
“I’ve visited this chipotle location numerous times since it opened both during the day and in the evening and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve been greeted with great customer service, the food is flavorful and cannot complain about the portions. I’ve visited chipotle restaurants all over the country (work trips) and this one has quickly become my favorite. Keep up the good work guys!!“
“The girl with the thick lashes ringing customers up (11am) at the register is very rude to customers! She has the worst attitude. If she doesn’t want to be friendly to customers please have her in the back and put the friendly workers up front.“
“Love coming to this location! Came in today and there was an extremely rude customer talking with the staff. He was demanding a free side of rice and making a scene in the restaurant.
The staff handle it perfectly, especially Jordan, and I applaud them for keeping their cool!“
“I had a wonderful experience at Chipotle in Waverly, thanks to Christina L. Vang and her team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It’s clear that Christina leads by example—she even took the time to personally thank me for coming in and asked how my service was, which truly stood out.
My order was made exactly right and was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served with care. It’s not often you receive both great food and such genuine customer service, but this location delivers both.

“My brother and go here after classes, and each time we receive a filling tasty meal. The service has been quick and friendly for in person ordering. The dining area has been a little unclean at times, but the rest of the atmosphere and food still keeps this at 5 stars.“

“Loved it! The wonderful woman who made our orders was friendly and also made sure to follow regulations when we told her one of us had an allergy. She took the time to go get a fresh batch of guacamole that wasn’t cross contaminated. You don’t always see this kind of care just anywhere so this was much appreciated! She’s an angel!“
“I frequent this Chipotle often, and it’s consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and noticeably better than most other locations I’ve been to. It’s easily my favorite Chipotle. Occasionally, later in the evening, they may run short on a few items, but that’s understandable and hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, a great spot with solid service and great quality.“

I shouldn’t have to bit through 4 layers of tortilla inside the wrap. Then be left at the end with a giant pocket of only cheese.
Burritos are long, not ball shaped“

To the owner:franchisee- pay your workers more and hire better please. This location gets BUSY and I can see that a couple employees are carrying the whole staff.“
“We gave operation time to get settled and staff trained, food was GREAT and service was OUTSTANDING! Also it was VERY clean. Make me sick people go there to get “free” food during “ soft opening “ and do nothing but complain and criticize.“

They were speedy, kind, AND I didn't have that uncomfortable convo when you ask for a little more rice and they look at you crazy lol. (It’s happened before at other locations, iykyk). Will be back! “This was my first time eating here since I've been back in Charlotte. I left in 2018. It's 2026, June now. Same as before I left, the drink area stays untidy. I NEVER buy a fountain drink because I do not just that area. I get me a glass bottle from behind the counter and let her pop the top. The tables could be cleaned more often considering there was no one in there.“
